Dr. Staci Frankowitz, orthodontist, has been practicing orthodontics since 1997, and has been established in Teaneck, New Jersey since 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated Cum Laude from Brandeis University in 1990. Dr. Frankowitz then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1994, where she was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society. She also received the Anna and Dr. Louis Wolf Scholarship award as well as the Preventative Dentistry award from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After receiving her dental degree, Dr. Frankowitz entered a General Practice Residency Program at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, which she completed in 1995. She then received her Certificate in Orthodontics after finishing two years of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics in 1997 at the highly respected orthodontic specialty program at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Frankowitz loves giving her patients beautiful smiles and spending time with her family. She resides in Bergen county with her husband and two children.

Dr. Frankowitz and the team are pleasant, gracious, and friendly to deal with. We've had a lovely experience with them and are on to kid #2 for treatment!

I had an amazing experience at Frankowitz Orthodontics. Dr. Frankowitz and her staff truly care about their patients and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Frankowitz is also extremely professional and passionate about what she does. Her dedication to her craft shines through in her treatment. Not only do I now have the beautiful smile I have always dreamed of, but I also feel more confident. Thank you Frankowitz Orthodontics!

My ONLY regret is that I am not able to give this practice fewer than 1 star! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Once my money was collected all communication ceased entirely. I have left more messages than I care to count. I have NEVER received a return call, not a note, not a card - NOTHING! What's worse is that the orthadontic work for my children is INCOMPLETE!!! Teeth are missing, holes in their smiles, crooked teeth. It's a disaster! My experience here has been a disaster!! I was told "lets take the braces off for a bit to let the teeth settle". Seemed strange, but ok. I'm not an orthodontist. After that - GHOSTED!! When I called to request my children's records so that we could start over with a competent ortho there was a LOT of concern. "Oh we're so sorry...how can we help...what's the issue?" All of my information was collected. I was promised a return call "in a few minutes". A day and a half later I received 15 emails containing patient records. When I called in response to the 15 emails I was told that the doctor had "never received any of my messages." I have left no fewer than a 20 messages over the past year. None of those messages got to her? None? Buyer Beware!!!!!

Dr. Frankowitz makes you feel like you're her favorite patient, she's patient, super sweet and her work is perfection. She has a way with kids and always made my daughter feel comfortable.

I am finally done with Invisalign and all I can say that throughout the whole process, I felt that Staci and the staff members were my own family. Alketa, Anais, Peggy, Sophie they were very friendly and always made me feel like home. Staci really took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. It is hard to find someone that will care about you the way she does. She is a perfectionist and very professional. I am beyond happy with my results and I would highly recommend anyone to go to Staci. There is nothing better than going out and show off your new beautiful smile to the world.

I had such a nice smile afterwards. My teeth were basically deformed and there was a really stubborn one that was almost perpendicular to the rest. I'm so happy with the results and now I can be confident with my smile.

Staci Frankowitz is honestly amazing! I don't even recognize my smile! My smile--before braces--was a complicated mouth with many different issues. But instead of possibly sending me to another orthodontist she buckled down and really came up with a great treatment plan for me and worked with me. I couldn't have asked for a better orthodontics experience! She does such amazing work. Anyone who is interested in getting braces in the Bergen County area in NJ--go to Frankowitz Orthodontics!!!

Love the Dr! She is passionate about her work and you can tell! She takes her time with each patient and definitely gives a call to check up on them if she feels they are in pain. I highly recommend her. Moreover Sadia at the front desk is a total sweetheart. Highly recommend the practice!

Finally, they're off! My daughter is braces free and we are 100% satisfied with the treatment my daughter received from Dr. Frankowitz. On the day of removal, we were ecstatic to see the results and how beautiful my daughter's teeth and smile appeared. The office is clean, well-kept and organized. Her staff was professional and always courteous; and appointments stayed their course. A special thank you to Saadiya for being so pleasant. I always enjoyed having our conversations. Dr. Frankowitz and her staff did not skip a beat in providing directions for care at/after each appointment and informing us of how well the treatment was progressing. Most of all, treatment and the time my daughter spent receiving care was not rushed!! Thanks to the staff and Dr. Frankowitz for making our visits/treatment and the final outcome worthwhile.
