Dr. Jacob is a gentle, caring dentist who uses the most advanced materials & procedures available. She practices comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each of her patients. In addition to her technical proficiency, Dr. Jacob is a careful listener & will explain beforehand what treatment is best for your individual needs. She studied in Kasturba Medical College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, India from 1990 to 1995 and she graduated from NYU in 2003 with DDS. She worked with Health and Human Services where she had an opportunity to serve the under privileged. Later she joined a private practice. Her hobbies include, Reading, watching CNN, working with the under served and she is active in the community she serves.

Very sanitary, very nice dental space and the staff are the best part! I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of them, and I'm a scaredy cat!

been going there for some years and it's been hell. 08/24/22 Recent visit has been a lot better new management has been a lot better. very helpful to my problems and answered them right away. better doctor he's really good with my teeth.

The Franklin park family dental is the greatest dental experience I've had. I came in for a root canal and the doctors assisted me with the greatest care. Accommodating my emergency late night and getting me out of pain. Best doctor around he did a amazing job.

I've been coming here since 2016 and the dentists have been nothing but kind, gentle, and they treat me like family. The nurses are all very patient and the receptionists are very welcoming! Very clean environment and they make sure you're comfortable the entire time. I definitely recommend paying Franklin park family dental a visit.

My children and myself have been patients of this practice since it opened. My 11 yr old has only received her dental care from Franklin Park family dental. Never have any issues. The staff are always friendly. And helpful.

I just want to say how extraordinary Dr Sahni and his assistants Diana and Jardinia are. On July 17 these individuals went out of their way to assist me in doing a procedure that went longer than expected. Not a lot of providers would have done what you did. Horrible place, they call you harassing you from different phone numbers to remind you of your appointment, just to have to sitting for a hour before they refer you to another dentist, it's extremely ghetto, unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people's time. Definitely would not recommend this place .

They gave out patient information to a another patient isn't that violation of patient rights under the Hippa Law act?. . Not even the police or anyone that wants information can request unless they have a warrant ? By the courts.. terrible place .. employees given put information to others.. what a disgrace. They need training on such matters.

I love this dentistry. I have been going to Dr. Jacobs office for 9 years . She cares about her patients and treats everyone like family . I would definitely recommend her to family and friends . They book you in immediately and are flexible with scheduling

Very Negligent. I have been extremely respectful and patient with this dentist because I understand they are working on a low budget. However, I cannot stress how bad I have been treated here. I came in for a root canal and needed two crowns. They took a mold of my teeth and told me to come back in three weeks. I did, nothing came and they redid the mold. I asked why and they said it was probably lost in the mail. I came again three weeks later and again they said they didn't have them they didn't know what happened but that they would have to retake the mold. I came in again and they had the crowns and the dentist said they didn't fit right and they would have to take them again. I stressed to the dentist how important it was they get here in time because I am leave Boston in a month. He says he promises they will get here in two weeks and to not worry that he will get it don't no problem. I said okay and 4 weeks later days before I leave, I am calling everyday, they tell me actually the lab said it's going to take an extra 2 weeks after they promised they would be here. They tell me I should come back to Boston when they arrive. These four months I have been unable to eat a lot of food. Been at risk of cracking teeth when the temporary crowns eventually fall out. I have wasted around 15 hours trying to get this done. You may ask why I didn't go to another dentist but the only dentists that take my insurance are either owned by this inc or don't have another opening for months. I am stuck here with two rooted teeth that will probably chip or break in the next few months costing thousands to fix. They provide no help and are hurting their patients. Please do not go to this dentist. If you need a cleaning maybe it's fine if you have an afternoon to kill. Don't get your cavities filled here. Don't get crowns done. Go somewhere else. I would have if I knew or could afford anything else. I would per-sue this frustration in a different way if I had the means. So all I can say is please don't come here.

I've been to many different dentist offices trying to get my teeth done but because of bad experiences I've avoided going or going back. I have came to this dentist office many times and each time I'm seen right away. I STRONGLY DISLIKE NEEDLES, in the past it was nothing but pain for me. With Franklin Park family dental I was VERY nervous, in pain and they wanted to do a hot cold test and I ask them not to and they didn't THANK GOD. Anyway they was very gentle with my mouth. I will NEVER like the needle but I know that they are good at what they do. the whole experience was beyond great. My whole family goes even my four year old let them do his teeth he didn't let other before. They whole staff are kind you'll feel at home. Great place for dental care.

My sister and I was at this dentist. The office is super clean and Doctors are very patient and helped mus a lot. I was petrified of Dentists. Shout out to Dr. J , Dr. Li and dr . Bartley's. Thanks so so much.
