Root canal went great, I have extreme dental anxiety and the doctor/assistant (plus Nitrous oxide) was able to get me through the procedure. My permanent crown is on now and I've had no issues with that molar. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gordon and his staff are absolutely wonderful! My son was referred for a root canal and they were able to get us in very quickly to help ease the pain my son was having. When I arrived the staff was super friendly, answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to help us out. I cannot recommend this office enough!!

Such a terrible experience here. Had a root canal done at this office, a few months later I began having issues with the same tooth again. Sever sensitivity to heat and cold and not being able to chew on that side of my mouth due to how sensitive it was. I called the office to make an appointment to have it looked at and they told me they no longer take my insurance ( Blue Cross) and I would be responsible to pay out of pocket for any visits or work done moving forward. This was very frustrating that they would not work with me regarding the issues I was having with work they did. To top it off they told me If I wanted to make an appointment it would be over a month before I could get in even after I explained the pain I was having just trying to eat. So disappointed in the way this office conducts business.

Very nice endodontist & staff, but he said I needed an apico surgery for an absessed root canal, so on top of being scared and the financial part..I got in for the surgery a week later, for him to tell me, on second look, there's no infection & didn't need the surgery. Yes, I was so happy not to need it of coarse, confused tho as to why just a week before I needed surgery and had an infection. However, I would go to his office again! Hes very flexible, conversed with me on details about the surgery, also was very patient with me!

I have been to Dr. Gordon's practice twice, both times for a root canal. He is the perfect blend of professional and personable. His years of experience and expertise are unmatchable and when I am in his chair, I trust him with my care. He and his staff alike treat patients like family. I wish I could find a general dentist like Dr. Gordon! Thank you for fitting me into your busy schedule recently.

I was referred here by my dentist since I needed a root canal and he couldn't get me in for a few weeks. Dr. Gordon's office called me the next day and set me up an appointment that week! The staff were very friendly and made sure I knew before anything started what my financial responsibilities would be, and throughout the entire root canal Dr. Gordon would make sure I was doing okay (my face is an open book! ) and overall am happy to have been serviced here. Plus, my mouth feels SO much better! Thank you!

Terrible, VA scheduled this appointment and I drove over an hour to get there through construction and even called to let them know I would be 15min late. After a 75 mile drive, and then telling me before I even left it was ok I would be late, they tell me when I get there that I'll have to reschedule. I'll be finding a new dentist, you should too.

Staff was very friendly. Made me feel like I was at home. Dr did an amazing job. Barely felt anything during my root canal. Hopefully i wont have to get another root canal but if i do i will definitely be coming back.

The dental experience was good. However, when calling to seek help with a bill, Rachel at the front desk was beyond unpleasant. She was the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with in what is supposed to be a professional setting. Hanging up on your patients (this was clearly no accident), is about as unprofessional as you can get.

The only reason why this review gets two stars is because Dr. Gordon is great! The office staff on the other hand is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The ladies were gossiping and talking negatively about my daughters and I as if we were not sitting there. It was also embarrassing because there were at least three other people in the waiting room as well. We could all hear what was being said. The main lady that I spoke with was polite to my face, but she also participated in the discussion. Someone's opinion about me, my children, or financial situation doesn't matter much to me. However, it is very unethical to discuss it in an open office and waiting room.

I needed an urgent root canal after a weekend of severe tooth pain and a sleepless night. Dr Gordon was able to get me right in with short notice on a Monday! A root canal is nothing anyone looks forward to, but I was not in discomfort at anytime. I kept waiting for the "bad part"...but it never happened! Doctor and staff were very professional and friendly. Much much better experience than I was expecting! Thank you Dr Gordon!
