Dr. Fowler has been providing outstanding dental care since 1990. He is a 1979 graduate of Franklin Simpson High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science at Western Kentucky University in 1984, and his doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1989.
To stay up-to-date on all the latest advancements in the field of dentistry, Dr. Fowler maintains active memberships with several professional organizations, such as: the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, the Pennyrile Dental Association and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Dr. Fowler is Rotary Club president and scoutmaster of the Boys Scouts of Americas Troop 47. When hes not in the office, he enjoys the outdoors. He can be found camping, hiking, backpacking, climbing, canoeing, kayaking or swimming.
Welcome, my name is Nancy. I am a registered dental hygienist and am happy to provide your preventive dental treatment. I received my education in dental hygiene, community health, and communication disorders from WKU. For more than thirty years, I have worked in the dental office as well as education and public health. I have served the dental hygiene profession on the local, state, and national levels along with becoming a lifetime member of the state organization. My other interests include my family, church, traveling, fishing, and outdoor activities. If you have any concerns regarding our office, I will be happy to assist you.

My name is Bonnie. Im a Certified Dental Assistant. I attended the University of Louisville for my certification. Ive been Dr. Fowlers assistant for six years. When Im not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing softball and coaching my daughters basketball team.
