I have been coming to this dental office for over 12 years. I have always scheduled my girls appointments together. They had an appointment coming up. Then I received a email about 2 separate appointments on 2 different days. When I asked how that happened I was told the hygienist must have changed their schedule so no one contacted me to let me know. Now in order for my daughters to be seen they have to wait until March of 2022... smh that is the worst customer service ever when they made the mistake. I guess it's time to move on.

Another horror show! doc was mean, rude, down right disrespectful.he didn't include me in on my treatment.don't matter what i think.BECAUSE I'm book LOL i said well for me, i have the last word on my extractions.so your being book up and so arrogant and mean.I'm a 20 vet of patient care.GNA CNA MED TECH.i kept that to myself.after his unprofessional show.i got up and said.HOW WOULD YOU LIKE IT IF I TREATED YOUR MOM.the way you just treated me.LOL bell went off.him me and GOD was in the back.no not gonna uncover to much writing But i will outline your sad behavior.me NEVER would imistreat any of my patients.so sad to be a care giver, who don't care.i been had the work completed.GOD gave me a beautiful smile.Dr you would love my denture guy.please do better.because it's your business.You (cannot) act like or treat people (if your care isn't what you want for self.me i take care of mom's. i do my best to make them feel safe and love.i know i have too answer to JESUS.REAPING can hurt us.so let's reset, REPENT talk to GOD.me i forgive you. i need it when i mess up.But that's why i gave you a 1star.truth.again i could not and will not be shady with my mom clients.we are REAL CARE GIVERS.we do care.money not worth loosing out with GOD.who knows all.GOD BLESS DR.DO BETTER NEXT TIME

The 2 stars are for the Hygienist that cleaned my teeth...she was AMAZING...wished she worked for another office I would follow her. I had to cancel twice...due to my son's sickness which resulted in me getting sick...I called BOTH times...before my appointment and was dismissed.. Never received proper notification and when I called to time check my appointment I found out...after speaking with the receptionist, I was told I had to wait until she spoke with someone to see if I could be seen...A day later she told me that the doctor chose to stand by the dismissal decision. And this is a family servicing practice

Dr. Yoon and his staff are super friendly and amazing! My hygienist is awesome! Cleans the living bejeezus out of my teeth and actually knows and remembers things about me and my family. So happy I was referred here by a friend...

I had lots of cavities. Dr yoon saw me quickly, staff was nice, what you would hope for when it comes to a dental office. As far as I can tell it's quality work. Thank you.

I had a dental emergency with a front crown coming off. Dr. Yoon and his staff immediately saw me and repaired the damage so I could get to work within the hour. They are excellent and I so much appreciated the quick ability to see me.

I've been going here for about five years now and I must say that Dr. Yoon and his staff are very professional and very nice people . I recently had an emergency with a tooth and Dr Yoon was really compassionate about it and acted swiftly to get me the help I needed. I really appreciated it and would Highly recommend him for anyone. Thanks Dr

I didn't show up because my parent died and I showed up today and they were not compassionate and hassled me over missing 2 appointments in 2015 three years ago. My pressure was up because of pain and they just sent me on my way with no help because I didn't have a copay with me. The doctor was more concerned with my missed appointment 3 years ago than how I felt today...I will be filing a formal complaint with the head of MedStar

This is my family dentist. I've been going here for years (since we moved here in Baltimore), I am completely satisfied with their services. Dr. Kyle Yoon, is the best dentist that I ever have. He is very honest, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained well for any procedures and makes you feel very comfortable, even follow up after. Of course they keep their promises and it is easy to schedule urgent (emergency) appointments. He always treats all my family like his own family. My hygienist is very friendly, professional, quick and precise with cleaning. She always does a fantastic job. I recommend Franklin Family Dental Care, for anyone who is looking for a great Dentist.
