Dr. Trent Rehnquist is a Texas native born in Longview and a graduate of Gilmer High School. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M University's Baylor College of Dentistry in 1999. He also completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Fort Campbell, KY in 2000. Dr. Rehnquist has completed the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology's (AFIP) forensic odontology program. He served in the US Army until 2002 as a dental officer.

Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Franklin Dentistry is the absolute best dentist office I have ever been to. The hygienists are respectful and help you feel comfortable no matter what the procedure. They are all knowledgeable and confident in their roles. Dr Rhenquist has the best chair side manner I have ever seen. He is very polite and respectful while helping you feel valued and appreciated. Please try them. You will be glad you did.

I have been a patient for about 18 yrs. Staff is always courteous and efficient. Very helpful with insurances. Dr. Rehnquist is compassionate and seeks the most reasonable solution that fits my specific dental needs.

Dr. Reinquest and his staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mike to make sure I'm comfortable throughout any dental procedure I have done . After any big procedure that is referred , someone always calls to see how the procedure went and to check on my well being.

As a kid up through college I hated the dentist.. It always hurt, nobody really seemed to like their job and it produced an anxiety in me that kept me from going for 12 years after I graduated from college.. Well, these guys and gals are 100% different. I don't walk out of there in pain.. everyone is so incredibly friendly (it's like walking into "Cheers.")and I no longer have anxiety about going to the dentist!!! Thank Y'all for being so amazing!!
