I've went there and Ms. Caitlin has such a great spirit, she was very caring, patient and interactive. She's funny and handles children so well. Even with kids who can be a handful, Caitlin makes it looks easy. Most definitely will be returning.

I'm so happy that ALL the old staff are gone. Doctor, manager, and staff were the worst. Now I hate missing my son, Chance Calloway's appointments. These are the best people there now. My sons doctor is top of the line. His assistant, front desk, and nurse are the best. Thanks corporate office or whoever made this awesome decision. Very happy customer now.

They are rude and nasty. The best thing I could have done is got my kids away from this place. Beware they don't know what they're doing. They only see 17 year old at certain times and that's 1:00 to 2:00 so you telling me I have to take my senior out of school to get her teeth cleaned and you don't see 17 year old at all after that time. That's crazy. Just lost another patient. I know other places that will and do better job than Franklin Dental

Good Dentist (that's if you can get an appointment) but by far the WORST customer service! 2 of my appointments were cancelled without my knowledge. I showed up to the office (lilburn, Smyrna) and both of my appointments are cancelled on 2 different occasions! I told them that my insurance was about to end and that I needed to get in! There is never no availability!! Never any Dr.'s. I told them I was in pain! Still could not get in to any adult location. The first time I was scheduled to lilburn that does not accept adults, after waiting over a month, I show up to Smyrna today the front desk clerk says my appointment was cancelled because the previous Dr. left and there is no one available to do a cleaning! I AM OUTRAGED! This is so unprofessional!!!!!!! Atleast email and let me know so that I don't waste gas and time! I do not recommend any adult to come here!

For a while, I stopped liking this place for my kids. Unfortunately, I had to go there so that my kids can get their dental section signed for school. This time when I went, it was a great experience. Mostly because of the staff. Very friendly and respectful. Ms Kim went over and beyond by talking to my boys about being obedient, gentlemen, and smart. My kids hearing from others outside of mom and dad showed them that everyone else is saying the same thing. Thanks Kim!

Phone service very nasty and disrespectful. Hung up on me Twice after I called back then finally put someone else on the phone . Tried to explain the situation to them and got completely ignored . Extremely bad customer service, and the office manager is rude and very unprofessional. I had a 9:00 AM appointment, and wasn't seen until after 10 AM. On top of that they misdiagnosed my son's dental treatment plan. They said he needed stainless crowns when he didn't. He had normal cavities, and only needed fillings. I found this out when I went to a better, and more reputable dentist office. Know wonder these people have two stars. They are a joke all around. Never again!!!!!

The most ghetto, unprofessional dental office I have ever been to. The staff are rude and incompetent. I asked to speak to a dentist and she said I couldn't, that option isn't available. What!? I have never been to a dentist office and I have not been able to speak to a dentist regarding dental treatment for my child, that is unheard of. You can even go to the back office with your child during treatment which is VERY weird and sketchy. Come to find out they are billing insurance companies for services they are not rendering. My child was scheduled for an exam and the dentist did not exam her teeth at all, she noticeable has a baby tooth that needs to be extracted along with multiple cavities and dentist did not include on dental plan which confirms they are not fully completing exams. I absolutely would not recommend this dental office at all, and I will be reporting this office to the GA Board of Dentistry.
