This is an amazing place. I had a problem with one of my teeth and they referred me to an endodontist They also cleaned my teeth where my previous dentist was "too busy". A great dentist and great staff.

Wonderful experience!! staff was amazingly friendly and sweet. very understanding about my teeth and recommended some wonderful tools to use !! if you're looking for a outstanding dentist, and HYGIENIST. I recommend them.

We have been going to Franklin Dental for several years. They are always efficient, thorough and thoughtful. We have referred family members there as well and they all speak highly of the entire office. We have two children below six who have also gone in and they did great with them as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They treated me with such kindness and took such good care of me. I just had 12 teeth pulled and I am in less pain than I was before! They explained everything in a way I could understand and treated me with respect. They were gentle with my examination as I was in pain. They made sure I was comfortable and eased my fears when I was very anxious due to past experiances and I'm just a very anxious person. I never thought I would have the opportunity to feel confident when I smiled again and they are giving that to me. I am so excited to continue my care with them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We have lived inn5 states over the past 8 years...and therefore, this is our 5th dentist. Finding a dentist is so very important; therefore, when I saw how much our 3 kiddos genuinely loved going...I was so grateful! We've found our dentist in Franklin, IN! PS My 5 year old had been flossing his teeth ever since that visit and has said that Lacy was the best dentist hygienist he's ever had!

I always have a great experience! I have always been super anxious when going to the dentist, but not here!! Katie is super sweet and very gentle when cleaning my teeth! Everyone is just super sweet and nice. I love that I feel comfortable going to the dentist.

The receptionist isn't very considerate of her coworkers well-being. I was up all night with my 2 children puking and having diarrhea, and I started getting a sore throat in the midst of all the chaos, and I tested positive for Covid with an at home Covid test. The last thing I was worried about this morning was calling and letting them know I couldn't make my appointment. So I received a call at 8:16am and I let her know we woke up sick (my daughters were sleeping and I knew they would wake up any moment throwing up and didn't want to explain what was going on), and she just wanted to fill a spot, passive aggressive about it, and her exact words were "you've been on the schedule before and just call back to reschedule when you feel better because we could've had this spot filled with someone who wanted it". I don't leave reviews a lot, but she doesn't need to be a receptionist with her attitude. She reflects the office in a negative way.

I had an amazing experience with Franklin Dental. They were able to get me in quickly as a new patient! They are all also the nicest staff I've ever met. Every single one I met always smiled, did everything to make me feel comfortable and had the best attitude. I got my wisdom teeth removed there yesterday, the Doctor and staff understood my anxiety's and made me feel so safe. My mouth is not in any pain, even after the surgery. Thank you Doc/Staff for the great experience and helping my pain! Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Growing up, I used to actually enjoy going to the dentist, because I had a great pediatric dentist. Then, when I moved to the Indianapolis area, I tried several different dentists, and they all left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended), to the point that I actually felt anxiety when I needed to use the dentist. I just couldn't find a dentist that I could trust. Finally, a student of mine referred me to Dr. Josh Stevens at Franklin Dental, and I finally enjoy going to the dentist, again! He and his staff are fantastic and personable, and it's such a blessing to interact with them (even the Capricorn, lol). Both my wife and I use Franklin Dental, and they've taken all the stress of dental worries away!

I waited many years to go back to a dentist and I chose them based on word of mouth. They were all so happy and thorough. I loved that they took their time and explained everything well. They answer every question you ask, even if it sounds silly to ask. I love this place.

The staff is absolutely amazing. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and was extremely nervous. Everyone made sure to make me feel comfortable. One of the girls held my hand during the whole process and made the experience so much better. Definitely recommend going here! They do a great job with the cleanings as well! They have a cool water tool to that helps with my coffee stains! Thanks guys for everything!

Not going to lie I'm scared of dentist but I went here today and they was absolutely great with me very helpful told me everything they was doing took the time to explain every step from start to finish Ashley was great at explaining the billing part of things and I believe her name was Katie who took the x-rays and stayed with me through out the process would I recommend these great people absolutely 100% so if you need to see a dentist you won't be disappointed here.
