I really don't know why it has low rating ! The front staff is very well so nice , place is clean and nice organize . I spoke to Ms Josie about my kids appointment and needed assistance. she was so helpful and informative about my kids procedure.

At first things were good at this office. Then the crazy happened scheduled an appointment for my daughter on a day they were closed and today we get there they tell me that they are an hour behind and there is a waiting room full of people. Do they not know people have to get to work and school when we schedule these appointments. Depending who is upfront most of the ladies attitudes are HORRIBLE!!!! I am done we are moving on to another dentist. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly disappointed. I probably should have read the reviews before even making an appointment for my children. Had all the necessary paperwork filled out before the appointment so it was done. Arrived at 7:55AM. Appointment was supposed to be for 8:00AM. By 9:05AM none of my children had been seen yet. No one was even apologetic. Never again.

I confirmed my kid's dental appointments a day prior online and was advised when I arrived the day of their appointments that my kid's could not be seen because they had a lot of dental work that needed to be done. I asked the staff why wasn't I notified 24 hours in advance that my kid's appointments was canceled and needed to be rescheduled? The staff wasn't apologic or very professional about the manner and advised me that they were short staffed which is not an excuse for a place of business. This was a big inconvenience for me because I had to check both of my kid's out early from two different schools to arrive to their appointments on time just to be advised that their appointments were cancelled. The doctor that advised that my kid's appointments needed to be rescheduled was Dr. Sharma. I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service that I received. I would not recommend the Forest Park location to anyone.

Listen.. my 15 year old son hadn't been to the dentist in years. Due to the pandemic. I moved my entire family from Nevada to GA June 2020. I found this dental office online because they accept my insurance. Easy to make an appointment and there we many reminders.I met Ms. Korey who happens to be a awesome dental hygienist after she cleaned my soon teeth. She took her time and cleaned my soon teeth so good he had the appearance of a brand new smile. She also took time out of her busy schedule to discuss a detailed treatment plan with my son on ways to floss and brush. She went over how important with my son that he learn how to keep his teeth and gums healthy. I loved her energy, the professionalism, and how she displayed the fact that she has education/passion for her career.The office was clean, no long waits, we were called back about 15mins after his appointment due to me filling out paper work. Honestly the entire staff was very professional. I'm so glad I found this dental office. I'm not sure why the rating is so bad but I promise you this company has made big changes to better the office. Make a appointment today you won't regret it. Ask for Ms. Korey if your getting a cleaning. This is a fair review I don't no anyone personal within the office. All my reviews are honest and of my personal experiences.

I was given an appointment & confirmed the appointment several times. The day of the appointment, after taking off from work & completing my paperwork was told they are not seeing adults. Why the heck would make me an appointment? I was lied to & advise I said had a tooth emergency. FALSE!! I did not like the fact also the office staff is only one race. I will not ever consider giving this] office another chance.

They're nice but I'm confused as to why the girls that came after me and my sister were allowed to go first . We checked in at 1:30 while they checked in at around 1:50. We ended up having to wait after them when they should've seen us first. I guess they don't go by appointment times anymore. (Ortho)
