Terrible freaking office! They lied about how many crowns they were putting on my child's teeth! They told me she needed crowns on teeth that she didn't need! They were just trying to rip the ins off and in return ruin my daughter's smile for the next 7 freaking year!

Don't go, stay far away from this place if you value your time. They will confirm your appointment with you up to the day before your appointment at 8am, then when you're rushing to get there for 8am and finally get there, they'll say I'm sorry we're not seeing adults today, this is really asking for someone to get hurt. They don't value your time at all.

You can never reach them when needed. The communication is off! I scheduled a appointment to get my tooth pulled they did and consultation and recommended a root canal. I don't want the tooth fixed I wanted it pulled! Been trying to contact them for months! No one answers and the customer service number can never reach them! Go elsewhere please!

This place is awesome. My son was very nervous about coming but the staff made him very comfortable. They were all so nice. He even wanted to give the office manager Mesha a hug when he was done. Great job everyone!

Never got seen by anyone. Waited for over an hour with my immunocompromised child for no appointment because they were waiting for the insurance to verify. At not one point during this hour of waiting, did anybody inform me that this was an issue. Had I known, I would have called them myself. Thanks for nothing. Erase all of our info from your practice.

I had to change my review, I am so tired of calling just to speak to the call center who CAN'T BOOK ADULT APPOINTMENTS! Just for them to reach out to the office for no answer or leave a message with the office to call me. (After 6 months, they still haven't called) I've reported this multiple times,even spoke with the office manager who promised me a call that I never received. I know you may be asking, why am I still going to them if they are soo bad? well, I've been a patient for years and so have my daughter , that was like our comfort zone after a horrible experience at the dentist but this is just unacceptable. I will be changing my dentist for me and my daughters sake. They were better when they were kool smiles
