The first time I came it was an okay experience they seen one of my children and turned the other away because she had a runny nose. Tried to come again this time my daughter coughed one time and we have already been cleared by a doctor and they turned her away again. Its just aggravating considering appointments are so far out and they keep turning away people when you do come. Im changing providers.

This place is a joke I was told that my daughter had 7 cavities!! Took her to a different dr she only had one when I asked if I could see the X-ray the dr informed me that all the cavities did not show up on X-ray. When I asked how did he know and could he show me he showed me one on the back tooth so I ask where the other six was he said between her teeth but could never show me. I ask f you can show me how do you know they are there his response was I just know what a joke it seems as if your milking the insurance don't take your kids here .

The Asian male dentist did my fill in, but it hurts to chew and teeth feels loose. So unprofessional. Don't go here

My children have been patients here for about 6 years and I didn't have any issues with scheduling, not sure what has happened now. Based on recent reviews, it seems many people are having issues with the scheduling lately. I made an appointment in June and was scheduled for September. A few days before the appointment, I was sent a message to confirm, which I did. Then 2 days before the appointment, I received text messages that my appointments had been cancelled. I called and was told it was due to overbooking and they couldn't get them in until December. Then, the day of their appointment and after, I received a text and email that I missed the appointments. I called and the office was unable to explain.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely the biggest joke. The staff is never friendly and it always takes close to 2 hours for an appointment since the book so many for one time. I wish there were other options in Columbus for kids that have Medicaid.

Avoid them at all cost had appointment for braces the dr decided she didn't want to do it after taking my money . Because she thought I had a law suit and wanted that money instead . The office manager has no back bone he allows the dentist to scream over him and can't make any choices for him self . Avoid them

I am always so impressed by Kandece and Becca kindness during my appointments. The office staff is also extremely welcoming and warm. I really appreciate all of their help. I really appreciate all of their guidance and support. The standard of care that Franklin and Dental provided me with was fantastic. I am extremely pleased. Thank y'all!!!
