All throughout the office the young ladies was a pleasure to work with.I move slow,but they was patient and caring.Then when the doctor came in ,she came in acting as if she had been knowing me for awhile. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Franklins Dentist office on Broadway Blvd. In Tyler,Tx is the greatest. The teeth cleaning is top notch, and as for Dr.Franklin, well; i can't say enough! She is great at picking you the perfect teeth, the after care is so professional and courteous. She truly cares!!!!!

Excellent dental practice everyone is very friendly and efficient. This was my first time here as I was looking for a new dentist. I can only hope that this is the place over time that I will continue to go too. I do have a 2nd appt. so if it is anything like the first this will be my forever place.

A very nice clean office. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very sweet and explain how things worked out and they're willing to work with you if the cost is higher than you can pay then. Nice folks.

My first time (and last) visit experience. Had to wait in car until contacted via phone. Was there two and half hours and all I got were x-rays. Knew I needed a crown, they gave me info that I would need to pay $530 for this, said this wasn't right (which I did verify later with my insurance). They told me to get back with them once I verified . I was shocked when she told me they weren't going to do my routine cleaning and said to come back. Needless to say, I found another DDS and looking forward to seeing them end of Oct. I do NOT recommend Franklin Denistry.... Waste of (my) time.

Calm, relaxing massage chair helps when tooth is being drilled. Calm, soft voice. Caring, watches for pain level. I have been cared for over 20 years with Dr. Franklin.

I have brought several friends to this office but today was my first personal experience and I must say I was impressed! Everyone on the staff was so nice and none of them seemed rushed or put off by my teeth (which aren't very good). They even have tvs in every patient area that they let you select what to watch. I know I've only been once but I can see this being my dentist office for a long time.

The staff here is always so friendly here. Plus, Dr Pitts took the extra time needed (and I was her last patient!) to find the source of my pain. And she took care of it! Thank you, Dr Pitts!
