terrible dentist. i went in with a broken infected tooth that was making my cheek swollen. explained my issues and how i was in pain. all she did was take an ex ray and that was it. she didn't look in my mouth at all. i asked if she could prescribe an antibiotic to help with swelling and she told me no. she told me i needed teeth pulled and referred me to a hospital and then told me i was done. i wouldn't leave a star at all if i could. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

If anyone is looking for a dentist DO NOT go to this one. They are extremely rude and like to make you wait. I've went there before to get my wisdom teeth taken out and she never even signed my prescription and when I went to call them about it she said it's not her problem. I tried to give them another chance today and I was appalled by the behavior of the receptionist. She was extremely rude and didn't let me speak. When I seen the dentist she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and treated me condescendingly. She looked in my mouth and didn't even do a proper exam or do anything she made me make another appointment after she told me to wait and she could fix my teeth. They are a joke. The only good thing about them is they can get you in fast. Terrible and unprofessional.

unprofessional place, says to call in a few months for an appointment and then does not answer the phone, I had to call from another number to be answered. Honestly, I don't believe those positive reviews.

Terrible customer service, as I was told "call us back in three months and then we can book you an appointment." Pardon me, but ma'am that's not how scheduling works.

Why can't they ever answer their phone I have been calling for weeks for a refill on an antibiotic and they don't even return calls.

Went in as a new patient all they did was take an xray and the doctor looked in my mouth with a mirror. I was given a perscription for some toothpaste and coupons for mouthwash. I was then told I could go. The doctor was rude and made me feel bad for having cavities she did not even set up a treatment plan. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

I hate going to the dentist, but I gotta say, this place took VERY GOOD care of me...THANKS!! I'm sorry, but I gotta add this. I'm on caresource. That did not matter to this place, they still took care of me. The disgruntled people making those bad reviews, are just that, dusgruntled!! My dentist and EVERYONE in that building were super nice, 2nd visit, NO ISSUES!! In fact, today I had 2 fillings re-done (she fixed someone else's junky work). I was scheduled for 9 am, and I was walking out the office by 9:40 am. Again, BIG THANKS to FRANKLIN DENTAL!!

My previous dentist went out of business right in the middle of me getting dentures. This office took me in straight away and started exactly were I left off. The denatures are beautiful. So happy I found this office.

They are very professional fast and friendly it's nice and cozy there they make you feel at home and most of all they're fast I highly recommend this place.
