Very Very Very unprofessional, rude, unclean and loud!!! I was paying out of pocket for my son's services. There is never an office manager on duty nor a dentist to talk to but they have at least 10 doctor's names on the board. They don't want to do real work!!!!! God Bless America!!!!!!!

If you're a parent or legal guardian of innocent kids who are screaming and crying in pain and develop PTSD, and giving this horrible dentistry a low star rating, then you did the right thing exposing Kool Smiles and their sus shady businesses owned by Dr. Tu Tran who scam alot of low income families. When will "Franklin Dental" hold in their own accountability and face the consequences, including Dr. Tu Tran? Child Abuse still existed in dentistry since 2002 and I come here for justice for those kids from back then and nowdays. Your days are numbered Kool Smiles!

Very bad experience. My two children have an appointment at 8 am with them.both of them they cancel. One of my son had pollen allergy' I try to talk with doctor about my son not sick they said they are busy very rude. Very disappointed

So I took my daughter there and She told me that they put shots so it made her left mouth numb and I said it was normal and after that her mouth went back to normal and then she always came up to me and told me each time she drank or ate something cold one of her bottom teeth would hurt a lot

I've been going to Franklin Dental for quite a while. (Used to be known as Kool smiles). Ever since the name change, the place's quality has gone down. The nurses are inconsiderate and quite demeaning at moments, and everyone's behavior and attitude is far from welcoming. If you love your child or even yourself, you wouldn't come here for a lick of this behavior. The doctors have been long gone, and my son's father his been charged for the times that she wasn't here. This place doesn't deserve the gas money and time I'm spending right now writing this review. Don't go. It's as simple as that. For the sake of your braincells, don't put yourself through their selfish and rudeness, save your gas, and go to the Ross nextdoor instead. I will be contacting them in the future regarding the remarks I just made. But I don't expect anything to change as this is not gonna be the first or last time something along those lines happen. I moved dental services and all is well for me and my child at this point on. Run away if you can. Thanks.

I was just trying to call and schedule an appointment. Whoever I was speaking with didn't seem like she wanted to work today. I was asked if I wanted to schedule a cleaning and exam then placed on hold. She then proceeds to tell me someone will call me back. The reviews at all locations are already horrible and I was still willing to give them a try but that was my sign to just hang up. Good luck to anyone who books an appointment. Coming from an experienced dental assistant, this was not a good look for their office.

I put one star just because there is no option for zero. Terrible experience. Doctors and staff are not patient enough to handle scary kid. They tried to calm my 5 years old for a couple of minutes and then they disappeared. I sit to talk with him and when he calmed finally one of the staff showed up to tell me I need to go to another place. They don't teach dentists to be patients and handle kids fairs???They decided just to kick us out! He missed his school and I missed my work and they just don't care. So unprofessional I wish I had never chose them.

Terrible experience. I have 3 kids that were scheduled for an appointment. 2 were scheduled for 3:00 pm and the other was scheduled for 4:00 pm. I was thinking that since I have 3 they scheduled this just to Give time to get there and get the children out of school since it was a Friday. They stated that my children were not able to be seen but one had an appointment at 4 pm. After they saw that, advised that only one can be seen. It was only 3:30 pm. I had to reschedule 2 children and only one was seen. That was not fair. The other two next appointments won't be until another month from now.

Happy kids happy mom! Lol! My kids are very comfortable here and love going to the dentist. Imagine that. I bring all 4 kids and they love the staff and some of them are teens and still get excited about the goodie bags:)
