Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Absolutely awful experience. I can't get ahold of anyone there. After having a cavity filled, I've been calling for over 2 weeks now because I've had issues with the cavity. I even drove by during business hours twice and they are closed. In addition to that, they were supposed to send X-rays for wisdom tooth removal and they never did. Don't recommend.

I have been seeing this dentist for two years, it's has been a wonderful experience each time. The doctor is on time, no waiting and she is very thorough. I highly recommend Frankfort Smile Design dental office.

Nice clean atmosphere, kind and sweet receptionists and Dr Brown was awesome! She explains very well what's going on with your mouth and what the next steps will be. Everyone is well mannered and has positive attitudes! Lovely place

Came in for a cleaning and what I thought was a failing crown. Dr told me, after xrays, the tooth is failing and must come out. I discussed IN DETAIL how I no longer want to invest in my failing teeth as once this tooth comes out, I will no longer be able to chew meat and how I have already choked on food twice and I thought I would pass out. I scheduled an appt to come back for extraction. Even the reception girl said, "extraction" for next appt. I said, "yes". I come in a month later for extraction and a different dr wants to do fillings. She stated that there aren't any notes for extraction and she showed me xray and said I need an oral surgeon and we don't do these. I said "then why am I here "? Then walked out. Also, disregard my 1 star review as I had to click it to post review.

Great place for dental work. Came in at the time of my appointment and was greeted by a wonderful group of employees who explained my overall visit and what they were planning to do. The team here (Izzy and Toni) made sure that I felt comfortable and relax during my visit. Wonderful place, I'll be sure to be coming back in 6 months for my cleaning.

Everybody I came in contact with was extremely friendly and did an excellent job from x-rays and cleaning and a total check up. I would highly recommend this facility for your dental care. Every one was thoughtful and really went out of their way to provide considerate and valuable information to their clients.

Super friendly staff! I came in filled with anxiety and walked out happy and stress free! My appointment was really quick and they saw me right away. Overall it was a great experience and I hope to continue coming to Frankfort Smile Design.

All I can say is wow!! This is the best dentist office I have been to in 10 years. I'm so glad I was able to go here with my insurance. I currently use an insurance that's not covered by a lot of dentists, so I just want to thank your office for accepting me as a new patient. The receptionist has a great personality, and makes you feel welcome as soon as you come into the establishment. The x-ray technician/assistant was very professional and made you feel comfortable with what she was doing. My dentist was great as well!! She walked me through what she was going to do, took time to understand my concerns, and had a great bedside manner while she was working on my mouth. I seriously can't say enough!! Thank you so much!!

Great and knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything, even the tools they were using. Didn't try to sell a service I do not need, answered all questions. Couldn't have asked for a better team for my dental needs!

Very friendly staff, the nurse and dentist were very patient with my autistic son who was also very pleased with them. We had to travel about an hour north to their office but was well worth the trip. We will definitely be returning for my daughter's next visit. My son will have to go to a dentist who uses gas to sedate but the dentist gave a referral which was also nice. 10/10 for sure. Thank you for such an amazing visit
