Dr.Brown always makes sure you're satisfied before you leave, which is never a problem because she does great work! She is super patient and gentle, which I appreciate as I get very bad anxiety during dental procedures. Would very highly recommend!

I had been to many different dentists because we had moved a lot. But since moving back to Frankenmuth, this is the dentist we chose and have been seeing now for about 10 years. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The first dentist we had has retired and now Dr Brown has been doing an excellent job stepping in and stepping up the service even more than before! Our whole family has had positive experiences. :)

I absolutely love these ladies they're fun and remember you and things about you so it seems like you're catching up with friends, they really care and did everything to help me when my jaw was messed up I highly recommend them

Fantastic quality of care. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and has all of the latest technology to do the job right. Knows the best specialists to refer patients to when needed. Dr is very nice and explained things very clearly and thoroughly. Staff is very polite and very helpful. Very good experience.

My experience at Frankenmuth Smiles and Dr. Brown, was outstanding! Service with a smile from my first phone call. My exam was very thorough, and professional, as each step was explained to me concerning my dental exam and my dental care. I really appreciated being able to fill out and complete the necessary paperwork prior to my appointment, which was easy to follow. The environment was very pleasant as the staff seem to be happy and up beat, and for me, that speaks volumes. I'm confident and pleased to be a patient with Frankenmuth Smiles and I plan to tell everyone I know that are in need dental services, that Frankenmuth Smiles is for sure, 5 Stars!

Easy and quick! Had a simple filling without any anesthetic and it was completely painless. All hygienists and staff are super friendly.

Dr. Katherine is a very nice person and very knowledgeable. She told me more about my teeth then any other Dr has in one visit. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was also very knowledgeable (sorry can't remember her name) but she sure put me at ease and did a great job I did leave there smiling... Thank You
