Your care comes first in our practice and as a dedicated team of dental professionals, we work together using our skills and experience to make sure you feel that way.
As a young man, Frank Stankiewicz was a man of many interests. Of them, the field of dentistry caught his passion. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from the New York University, he entered that institutionsCollege of Dentistryand graduated in 1992. He held a residency at Kings County Hospital in New York before opening his own practice.
Rayleens dental career got started in 1988, and she joined our practice in 1996. In addition to her dental training, she is a registered nurse and licensed massage therapist. Her favorite part of this position is developing such wonderful relationships with both the patients and her coworkers.
Originally from the Downriver area, Rayleen is married to her high school sweetheart and has so many wonderful nieces and nephews. Her hobbies include traveling with her hubby at her side and spending time with loved ones. She also has a strong passion for animals and community outreach.
Paulina began her career in dentistry in September of 2008 at our practice, and we couldn't be happier about it! She loves that her job gives her the opportunity to help people every day, particularly those patients who only speak Polish.
A native of Poland, she originally spent time in Hamtramck, MI before settling in Allen Park with her family of 5 and two dogs. Outside of the practice, she likes to spend her free time hanging out with her family and friends, doing anything outdoors, or going away to her cottage in Tawas City.
Liz relocated from New Jersey to Michigan in 2020. She made this important move to be closer to her family members who reside in this area. Liz is proud of her Ecuadorian heritage and brings Spanish language to our practice to close the language barrier gap for our Spanish speaking patients. Outside of the office, Liz enjoys spending time with her family but especially her daughter.
Jessica is a Downriver native. Dental hygiene is not just a career for Jessica but also a passion. She continuously seeks to further the understanding of how oral function correlates with the entire body. Her enthusiasm, compassion, and professionalism makes her a perfect fit for our office!
Teressa joined us in February of 2018, but she's been working in dentistry for 12 years and counting. She studied at Washtenaw Community College and is certified as an EFDA and in X-rays and CPR. She loves spending time with her wonderful team members and being able to improve the health of patients.
Outside of work, Teressa has 2 grown children and hails from Trenton. Her hobbies include archery, fishing, boating, antiquing, and bowling. She is also a big believer in positive thinking and doing whatever you can to make a difference in the world! She volunteers whenever possible and encourages others to do the same.

I wanna start out by saying that I have hated going to dentist all my life, I was introduced to Frank Stankiewicz about 5 years ago by a friend of mine and now I no longer hate it!! Frank Stankiewicz is the best dentist I've ever been to, super nice and friendly, as a matter of fact I can say the same about his whole staff!!! I would highly recommend Frank Stankiewicz to anyone looking to have dental work done.

I absolutely love going to Dr Frank. Him and his staff are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. Everyone is very professional yet talk to you as if you are family. I have referred a few friends there and will continue to do so if anyone asks for a good dentist!!!

First appointment for myself and I honestly love this office! I am very judgmental when it comes to any healthcare professional. This office is clean, compassionate and understanding! Each person I encountered was pleasant and tolerated my anxieties with ease! Questions were answered in full detail and explanations given even beyond my expectation. Then there is Dr. Frank....... guys you get an instant comfort in his presence alone. Best bedside manner Ive ever seen. He explains, answers, high fives and fist bumps. He eased my mind and was confident, witty, refreshing and made me feel so much better about coming to the dentist. I was welcomed as a new patient I was shown around and did I say clean?!?? I simply cannot say enough about this office and the people that work here. Good job to the entire team on making an atmosphere that patients won't mind to be in!! Defiantly earned a family of patients here! I'm actually ecited to get in this weekend for my full cleaning and assessment!

I called Dr. Stankiewicz because I broke a tooth. An appointment was arranged immediately. Temporary repairs were made to allow me to continue with my life until a more permanent solution could be arranged.

Dr. Frank's dental office was excellent. The hygienist explained everything and answered all of my questions. She was also very gentle. Dr. Frank was excellent as well. My exam was very thorough and I felt very confident with the services. If you're looking for a great dental office, you can't go wrong with Dr. Frank!

Everyone is very professional . The appointments are on time. I never have to wait past 1 minute. All the work done on my teeth are no issues later on. Dr. Frank & his staff are very nice & Professional with great work ethics. If you want a real dentist you need to sign up for my Dentist .Dr. Frank
