Dr. Sallustio joined the United States Air Force after he finished dental school and concluded his postgraduate prosthodontic training at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD in 1991. After residency training, he was assigned to Luke Air Force Base, AZ, where he completed his nearly 21 year career as a colonel in 1997.

I called the office thinking I may have lost a filling or part of one. The scheduler bent over backwards to make an appointment that same day. She did this without any pressure from me, knowing it could turn into something more if not treated quickly. I was in and out of the office within a hour.

Th Dr. did a crown on the front tooth & nailed the color perfectly. I called the office to confirm that I wanted to move forward with a night guard which they had taken molds for. The office staff said, "Well check into it & get back to you." They never did get back with me so I went to another Dr. office who did follow up. I called the Manager to let her know there was no follow up and she said, "That's strange." I thought so too, that is why I decided to go somewhere else for service. Of course, they threw the molds away and said, "You changed doctors." I will not take the blame for lack of follow up as promised.

Cindy hygienist was great! Dr Sallustio knows his stuff and answers any questions. He was recommended to me by my oral surgeon. It has been a spot on recommendation.

Dr. Sallustio has done several crowns for me, and I must say what an excellent experience I had in the chair. Dr. Sallustio gave one of the best injections I have ever had and his assistant Amanda was really top notch! The girls upfront are so friendly and efficient. Jodi cleans my teeth and she is so gentle while doing such a great job of educating me on the best ways to keep my mouth at its healthiest! All in all a most excellent dental experience.

Five star all the way. We came to Dr Sallustio for a second opinion and then changed my father's complicated procedures to Sallustio's office going forward. The doctor and staff made my elderly father feel at ease and confident that he was in good hands with caring professionals who admired his World War II background. Sallustio works like a skilled craftsman, very precise, and he includes my father in the decision process. I've never been happier in a medical decision.
