This place is a joke. Do not waste your time or money. They do not answer their phones; ever. You'll eventually get a call back, but you cannot get ahold of anyone. Also, we had an appointment at 9am and their office was supposed to open at 8am that day. We arrived at 845 and not only was the door locked no one was there. We sat on the front step for 25 min before the Dr walked up to unlock the office. He apologized for being late, but said it was because he ran errands. Why the heck would you not only open late and have no one at the front desk, but have your patient wait because you wanted to run errands before coming to work. After that we waited while he went to the back and eventually came out letting us know there was paperwork to be filled out before her appointment. At this point my daughter looked at me and asked to leave because he made her uncomfortable. He was disheveled, looked like he had just rolled out of bed, but he also smelled of smoke. I'm addition the office had an old musky smell. This place is incredibly unprofessional and I would highly recommend not going here.

Reception is horrible ... I've called at least 10 times trying to reach them about making an appointment and nothing... My whole family has gone to Dr. Long for years ... What made me upset was the receptionist ( Sheryl long) told me she wasn't going to make me an appointment unless I spoke to my mother... My mom and her are close friends. I find ridiculous that she wants to interfere with her patients personal life... My mother kicked me out little over a year and a half for being gay .. how dare you prevent me from getting an appointment just to get me to talk to my mom... Before I would of totally recommended Dr Long but after this experience I truly can't!
