Dr. Frank Lesinski, managing owner and primary dentist for both the Portsmouth, VA and Buffalo, NY location is a detailed and highly skilled dentist with over 20 years of experience and laser certified. A licensed professional with two (2) Bachelors degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Alliance College as well as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Buffalo in 1986.
Our practice has been in the area for many years, and we are proud to offer our services in the heart of Portsmouth, Virginia as well as our extended location in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Frank Lesinski and his dedicated team are here to meet all of your familys dental needs.
We offer many different treatments to improve your oral and overall health, including dental implants, cosmetic services and simple checkups. Our team provides a relaxed, high-tech environment that will help you feel comfortable and at ease. We have many unique characteristics that set us apart from other practices and wed love to share them with you! I was coming in for a cleaning and surprised about how caring a office was and how nice everybody was. He saw I had an infection and took care of me immediately. I've never experienced how nice and caring a dr really was and his staff was till I came here. Thank you again! Very very thankful!

I was not excited to find another dentist after mine had retired. I tried another location they were okay. I went to Portsmouth Family Dentistry and they were awesome!!! They took very good care of me and my teeth. It has been so long since I went to have them cleaned due to the pandemic. But I'm excited to have them as my new dentist.I would recommend you to go there.

Dr. Frank and his staff are so great and very thorough with cleanings and other dental work. Very clean and you feel like family here! I have been coming for many many years and now my husband and children come here as well!

The best practice hands down. Dr. Frank has taken away my dental phobia of 35 years. I dont hesitate to make an appointment because he has given me that sense of security. Love the staff. You feel like family here.

The dentist offered to wire my mouth shut when I told him I was having bariatric surgery because "it's the same thing, you starve yourself either way". He pushes his religion on you. Then a few weeks later, you'll get a bill for services you didn't approve of. Ex. I have tricare, they only cover so many days a year. I told them they needed to verify when I had the xrays done last before performing. They said they did, and then 2 wks later I get a bill of $60 for the xrays that were "covered". Extremely unprofessional and we will NOT be returning.
