Dr. Mackert has taken over the practice and with any change like this- it can make you unsure. But Dr. Mackert makes you feel right at home. He has great interpersonal skills. He really takes the time to explain every aspect about what he is doing to his patients and shows he truly cares about your overall experience. This dentistry office is truly a gem and a great family practice! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist office. I also have started receiving Botox from Dr. Mackert for my TMJ and to get rid of wrinkles! He has been amazing and I love that I can get it done by a doctor (just gives me that extra reassurance!). Such a nice, clean, welcoming office.

Great dentist, but in my opinion the COVID-19 risk is too high. Dr. Ross has an anti-vaxx receptionist who is spreading lies about masks and won't reveal her vaccination status, and last time I was in they were violating the current COVID-19 mask rules, and not requiring masks for customers or the receptionists, even though masks are, to date, still recommend by the CDC and ADA for all medical staff and patients, including everyone in the waiting room. Again, great dentist, but after a year and a have of masking and over 600,000 U.S. COVID-19 deaths, and now the even more dangerous Delta variant- I'm not risking my life for a filling. If you care about current COVID-19 rules and protocols, value your safety, and/or have high-risk relatives- please go elsewhere.

I've been going to Dr. Ross for 3 ish years now. In these 3 years- I have experienced the best dental care. The reception staff are kind, warm hearted and very pleasant to talk with. This by itself sets this dental office apart from others I have gone to in the past. The staff actually care to get to know you and customize your experience to your needs. The dental staff are quick and thorough. Dr. Ross is kind, on time and always has your best dental needs at heart. This is by far the best dentist I've ever gone to.

I have been going to Dr Ross for years now and I have nothing but great things to say! Dr Ross and the staff are excellent. I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door. The staff is very friendly and they take the time to engage with you and get to know you on a personal level. Dr Ross cares about his patients and makes you feel very comfortable.

I will be moving soon and one thing that concerns me is finding a new dentist. Dr. Ross has been my dentist for over 15 years. He is compassionate, caring and thoughtful. His staff is great as well. Dr.Ross is a good listener and explains complicated issues in an easy to understand manner. It will be difficult to find a dentist that will make me feel as comfortable about the quality of care I will receive. Simply the best!

Maid an emergency appointment to pull a broken tooth , took an x-ray and said we can set you up in 3 weeks to pull it!! Yeah I'm going to have to go elsewhere. Not to mention I came in 15 minutes early and didn't get to see him till a half hour past my appointment time!! They knew I was in pain when I maid the appointment!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Ross. He displays compassion and true care for his patients. He gives thorough explanation of procedures and treatment plans and makes certain the patient understands and is comfortable. He has improved my QUALITY OF LIFE. Thank you Dr. Ross!!!!

Dr. Ross and his staff are as good as it gets! I recently moved my life up to Lakewood and feel the comforts of "home" here. It can be scary to find all the necessities away from what you're used to for 20+ years but they welcomed me with open arms. From the front desk ladies to the hygienists to Dr. Ross--every single person cares about me, my teeth and my experience from start to finish. I feel I've found the absolute best care for my mouth!

I have used several dentists in this area. I have used several dentists in various other place where I lived. To put it simply, Dr. Ross is the best dentist I've ever had. His work is excellent. His staff is excellent. I look forward to dealing with everyone there because it's a great group of people. I have nothing but praise but Dr. Ross.
