As I was waiting for the local anesthesia to take effect prior to a filling, which I had not had in many years, it occurred to me what a soothing and calming voice Dr. Dunne has. The procedure was painless and Dr. Dunne's "bedside" manner was certainly a factor in eliminating any apprehension. Highly recommend Dr. Dunne for dental services he performs.

Horrible working experience from Frank Dunne and his ugly old receptionist Lisa Gann. Both were slave drivers. Also for full time employees they don't get ANY benefits whatsoever. My job was sabotaged by Lisa and I know I was cut too soon by a monster of a person. Regret ever setting food in this horrible practice. Some of his employees struggle with paying medical bills because he has no heart and won't give insurance. Don't recommend this practice from a former employee point of view.

I have been coming to Dr. Dunne for years now and can truthfully say he and his staff are the nicest people I've met in this field. I have a lot of anxiety coming to the dentist but always feel safe when they are tending to me. They are kind, patient and are great at what they do! I plan on staying with them as long as possible!

I have been going to Dr. Dunn for over ten years. My good friend recommended Dr. Dunn and I have been very pleased in the service and the hospitality while going to my appointments over the years. Since retiring in 2020 I am still with Dr. Dunn. I can honestly say he is exceptional in the service he has provided to me from the beginning.

Dr. Dunne is such an amazing dentist . I have to say, with all the new technology and advanced dental methods nowadays, I truly appreciate Dr.Dunne's methods of conservative and honest dentistry. Very hard to find nowadays. Dr. Dunne has such a calming and welcoming environment at his office and everyone is like family , the moment you walk in the door . It gives you such a welcoming and inviting feeling. I was truly very nervous because, although I am in the dental field myself , I really don't like having to be the patient . Quite frankly, I avoid it until there is a concern (which there was) . However Dr. Dunne was so pleasant and reassuring and suggested a dental plan that was best for my teeth and area of concern. I was so happy with my cleaning from Ms. Nelly , her technique is very gentle and she is just delightful all around very professional and great at what she does! Thank you Dr. Dunne I have found my lifelong dentist !

Awesome doctor, great team! As a specialist I work with many dentists and Dr. Dunne is one of the best dentists in Reston area. His warm and compassionate manners will make you feel very comfortable. I recommend him to any patients who are looking for a dentist.

I have been visiting Dr. Dunne since 1988. He continues to be our family dentist, even though he moved around in the Norther Virginia. Dr. Dunne is professional, courteous, and meticulous in his approach. He takes time to ask questions and explains everything patiently. The location is outstanding and I was pleased to see the attention given to Covid protocols. His staff is friendly and professional. I always feel comfortable, confident and reassured during/after each visit. In my opinion, his unwavering commitment to patients and profession distinguishes him. I look forward to many more years with Dr. Dunne!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Dunne for about 20 years. During my 66 years on this earth I have had two medical doctors that stand out. One of them saved my life when I had prostate cancer and the other is Doctor Dunne. He absolutely knows what he is doing and has never, ever, let me down. I trust him and his judgement. He is gentle, honest, a great guy, and very thorough during any procedure. No one likes to go to a Dentist, however I don't mind because he's that good and he does what he has too to ensure you are comfortable when work has to be done! During my long tenure with him, I have had a few emergencies and he was there for me whereI didn't have to wait to see him. During Covid, I had a crown come off while eating. I was concerned about seeing him due to the virus, however he prepped his office and opened just for me. Who else would have done that? If you want a GREAT Dentist, look no further. Dr. Dunne is your guy. I can't say enough about his practice, staff and super clean office. Thanks Dr. Dunne. I hope you outlive me as I don't ever want to have to find another Dentist. You're the Man! I really appreciate everything you have done for me and my family throughout the years. - Randy King 11-29-2020

Highly recommend!!! Amazing and very friendly staff, comfortable And positive atmosphere, Great music playing in the background and most of all Dr. Dunne himself... Great listener, very knowledgeable and professional, he explained Throughly all the steps that need it to be done. I don't know anybody as honest as him. I went to his office for second opinion and sure enough I was amazed by his honesty and service. I know for sure I will no longer search for another Professional dentist. Dr. Dunne is truly a Gem!!!! Thank you for being upfront and honest!!!

Both my husband and I have the privilege of having Dr. Dunne as our dentist. He is absolutely one of the best dentist I have gone to in all my years. He is very skillful and his work is excellent . We have both been very pleased with our experience at the office and very satisfied with our dental work . He is very knowledgeable, personable and cares about his patients and the work that he provides. He has an excellent bedside manner and always explains the work needed, options available if any and the reason for his recommendation. He and his staff are caring and provide excellent customer service. I recommend him highly. My husband and I drive about 40 minutes passing several dental offices in our neighborhood to see Dr. Dunne. We trust his clinical judgement and his skills and always have a pleasant visit.

Dr. Dunne is the most professional and technically competent dentist that I have been associated with. His attention to detail and adroit use of all dental instruments is unsurpassed in my over 50 years of visiting dentists. As importantly, it is obvious that he applies the same meticulous practice to choosing and training his staff...all of whom are exceptional. I cannot endorse him and his practice strongly enough.

I've been a patient of Dr Dunne's for almost ten years. I find him to be excellent. He will explain, in as much detail as you want/need, what needs to be done and how it will be done. He will do this before the procedure as well as various points during the procedure. He is extremely reassuring and calming. Most recently, I needed a crown, not my first, but this was probably the smoothest. Dr Dunne and all his staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and a joy to work with.

My wife and I are Dr.'s Dunne patients for about 15 years. Why did we stay for so long with one dentist keeping allegiance to him and his staff? My bridges and crowns designed and installed in my mouth by Dr. Dunne are still in place. Dr. Dunne and his staff provide high quality, highly professional dental work, friendly and encouraging atmosphere, which makes every appointment a pleasant event. Dr. Dunne never pushes a patient towards unnecessary expensive options as some dentists unfortunate do. His hygienists and dental assistants are also superb. I wish he would work as long as all his patients need him. God bless his office!
