Been seen by 5+ dentists and frank & his staff outshines all of them, definetly found my new primary. 10/10 service for my Cleaning and then my fillings, he even fixed a chipped tooth very well!

I am a brand new patient who called this morning at 9am in excruciating pain. They had me in and out of the office by 11am. I am beyond thankful. I Highly recommend and every one was so amazing and put me at ease !

One word for the entire Team: EXCELLENT!! Dr. Berman is not only extremely knowledgeable, professional and an excellent dentist, but is also kind, caring and sincerely invested in his patients dental care. Ann, at the front desk, works hard to accommodate the patients' needs and is also so kind and friendly. Michael, my hygienist is always a delight! I absolutely recommend this practice!

Great experience! I had a lot of fun meeting Dr. Berman and the staff. Everyone is super friendly and made me feel so at home. I was originally scheduled for my cleaning a month from now. I had some pain and they took me right in I got my filling and scheduled the next filling a week from now. I am so excited to go back. I think I will finally be able to save my smile in a timely and affordable manner thanks to Dr. Berman and staff. Whoo-hoo! Thank you Sir.

Dr. Berman is a fantastic dentist. I had broken a tooth and was in need of a root canal and crown. My old dentist would not do the root canal and made me wait over a week just to be seen. Afterwards the wait was over a month to see the endodontist she referred me too. Meanwhile I was in pain. Dr. Berman's office was able to get me in within a week and he performed root canal and set up a follow up appointment for a temporary crown. I have had no pain since and am 100% satisfied with his work. He is professional,courteous and I could not be happier. I believe that some Dentist's have a special gift and I believe Dr. Berman is one of them. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend him!

I was determined to find a real dentist. I called Dr Berman's office on August 2nd, 2022 for the first time. I gave Anne my insurance information and she scheduled me for 2pm on Aug. 3rd! Located in the Pierce Street Deli complex in Kingston. I arrived early to fill out some paperwork. The waiting room walls were lined with beautiful sconces so it wasn' overly bright. I was pleased to find no black mirror (tv) there. soon, I was escorted to a room where I was introduced to Mike; who was ready to clean & polish the remaining surviving teeth after 10 years/$8000 @ Aspen Dental . The time flew by. No pain - all gain. Mike informed me of the work I needed to have done, and that they had a cancellation and I could start right away. Dr. Berman then proceeded to fix 3 fillings. He was assisted by Chris and they were quite comical in their communication. (They reminded me of Mike Nichols and Elaine May.) Afterwards he showed me the x-rays compared to what I was now seeing in the mirror. I love it! And he smoothed out the rough bite I was left with after AD. Dr. Berman is also a Vietnam veteran which I highly respect being a veteran myself. I left a very happy man and I will be going back. I also would encourage anyone who's giving up on their teeth to give Dr Berman a call. You'll be glad you did. Paul Farrell

Dr. Berman and his entire staff have been amazing and are super compassionate. I was in a great deal of pain and I reached out to Dr. Berman's office to be seen. They got me in quickly and resolved my issue. I was a little anxious prior to my appointment, but they made me feel right at home. All of their personalities are great. The professionalism is exquisite. I highly recommend being seen at Dr. Berman's office for your dental needs. Top notch!!!!

I have been grinding my teeth while sleeping for many years. Needless to say, lost tooth volume and my teeth became very sensitive. Dr. Berman provided crowns and a bridge to my entire upper teeth. My bite needed to be opened up requiring extensive work, and many hours in the dental chair. All three of my appointments were very professional, with no complications. Miraculously, I had zero pain throughout the entire process. My bite is PERFECT and my smile is absolutely beautiful. I thank Dr. Berman for his precise professional skills. PS: My husband has a bridge on the top front 7 teeth that Dr. Berman preformed 21 years ago. looks the same as the day it was placed.

The internet does not lie. I was looking for a new dentist and was well pleased with the overwhelming professionalism of Dr. Berman and his staff. Never been more at ease at the dentist's office. Wonderful all around experience in every step of service and care they provided. It is obvious, that years have been spent to built up this most established business. Keep up the good work Doc and staff!

If I could give Dr. Berman and his staff 100+ stars, I would! I have always had major anxiety when even thinking about getting dental work done, which in turn has caused me to skip out on going to the dentist at all for a long time. When I had an emergency, I called Dr. Berman's office to see if they were accepting new patients and explained my situation. Ann was able to get me in rather quickly and showed nothing but compassion to me on the phone. I was embarrassed of my situation, but upon meeting Dr. Berman and his staff, they never once made me feel like I should be embarrassed and showed nothing but true professionalism. I can't explain enough how much I have appreciated the care I've received during my appointments there and I can say confidently that Dr. Berman will be my ongoing dentist from here on out. The staff are so kind and greet me as soon as they see me, make me laugh, and are just easy to talk to. The office itself is extremely clean and well kept. Dr. Berman always communicates to me exactly what he's doing, why he's doing it, and how it's going to feel. He also always checks to make sure I'm doing okay and I just appreciate that so much. He is extremely educated in what he does and I know that I'm in good hands there. Dr. Berman - thank you so much for the fantastic job that you do every day and for also helping show me that not all dentists are bad!

As a person with very bad dental anxiety I was very pleased with my visit. Dr.Berman and his staff were so kind. They talked me through the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I couldnt be happier with my dental experience with Dr.Berman.

I can't say enough positives about Dr. Berman and his entire office. He came highly recommended and got me in the same day to alleviate the pain I was having. A total lifesaver. A true professional through and through. I've been through a few dentists and I have to say that he blows them all out of the water. Did a root canal that was honestly a walk in the park as far as pain and discomfort. How often can you say that? Bravo doc.

My fiance is a patient of Dr.Berman. I was referred to him by my sister, whom is not a resident of Luzerne County but had a dental emergency and seen him. She was highly pleased with his care, she insisted we give him a try. My fiance has tried two other local dentists and had nothing but problems with the work he received. From the moment he met Dr.Berman, he instantly knew he finally found a good one. He is very knowledgeable in his field, kind and caring. He was aware of my fiance's fears and made sure to accommodate him accordingly! His staff is very pleasant and informative in regards to insurance procedures and paperwork. They made it a breeze when switching over plans and payments. We can't thank him enough for his phenomenal care!

I became a new patient to Dr. Berman when our dentist passed away and I needed to find a new one for my family. Knowing my history and anxiety with dentists my brother was the one who referred Dr. Berman to me. I have to say, from the moment I called the office I received such a warm welcome and it was no different when I walked in and met Dr. Berman and his staff. On the day of my appointment, I was on edge and my nerves were getting the best of me. I wanted to run. However, after I was numb and and Dr. Berman started to work on my teeth, I suddenly became calm and at ease. There was such a great work connection between him and his staff by them talking about what is needed to exchanging Thank yous to one another. Something I have not ever seen. At then end of my appointment and I got the chance to see the final results, I was amazed by his talent and compassion he has and gives to his patients. You really do not receive that treatment and respect now a days. I highly recommend Dr. Berman to anyone looking for a new dentist. Thank you Dr. Berman and staff Charyl N.

I cannot express How thankful I am to have found a Dentist Office like Dr. Bermans!! The staff is amazing and so helpful and polite!! I have never felt so at home at a Dentist office before!!!
