When I arrived for my appointment, they TEXTED me (didn't even come out and inform me of the situation in person), they told me that they tried to call me because they cancelled my appointment due to a double booking. (mind you, I'm clocked out of work and drove 20 minutes). I never received any calls, texts, or voicemails. They didn't even offer to reschedule! I've been going to Dr.Toro ever since they had their tiny first location, ever since I was a little girl and picked prizes from the treasure box. This shows how they truly value their clientele. Going forward, I will absolutely not be returning. Go to someone that actually cares for their clients!

I saw Dr Ileana Toro today for severe tooth pain. She explained everything very thoroughly and answered a million questions. She was able to start a root canal and relieve my pain. She and the entire staff were very friendly and professional.

I would have given a one star if it weren't for the staff. They have always been personable, friendly and helpful. In my previous experience, Dr. Toro has been too, but in one visit she instantly went from one of the nicest dentists (and I had a great one before her, for 25 years before he retired!) to one of the worst, for me. After a misunderstanding, instead of professionally explaining something I had questioned, her attitude quickly changed. She walked out and asked her office manager to tell me to leave without services. Then refused to speak to me face to face after I requested to talk with her. She also refused our request for a call back. I am disappointed to say my family and I will not be returning to her office and I would not recommend her.

Literally the best dental office that I have ever been in all my 32 years of life so far. Dr. Toro is excellent, caring and understanding, both as a dentist and as a human being. I got kneed to the face at Jiu-Jitsu practice which pushed my front tooth into my mouth. Showed up next morning at her office and she saw me with a last min notice, put my tooth back in place and gave back my smile. Outstanding care for sure!

On a Sunday evening I broke a molar in half and was terrified of what was about to come. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10+ years and was so embarrassed with the shape I let my teeth get in. I called on Monday as a new client and they got me in the chair within 48 hours! Dr. Toro was so comforting, she took her time explaining why it happened and what our game plan was. I was completely comfortable during my root canal.. almost to the point of falling asleep! This entire staff deserves 10 stars- they have changed my fearful mindset!

Staff is excellent. Everything is ready as you enter and checkout is a breeze. A special service isonce a month a dental surgeon comes to the practice, which helped decrease cost of my implant. Drs. Franco and Toro actually assisted in the process too. They make you feel like family. Plus the facility is new, clean and decorated beautifully. I give 5+ stars.

My daughter is 4 years old and has a condition in her lungs and when I asked the dentist to please wear a KN95 mask, she didn't like it and was rude with my daughter and me. She didn't ask if I had any questions and just left, plus used the same gloves that was touching the mouse of the computer to check the teeth's of my daughter, I had to ask the lady that did the cleaning any questions that I had, she was very nice. The dentist should take more seriously the use of KN 95 mask and change gloves before touching the mouth of their patients, we are in a pandemic.

Amazing!!! Clean and modern facility !!!! Both doctors are the best I've ever met and I cannot rave enough about their high quality care and thoroughness during my visits!!! The hygienist was also the most gentle I've ever had. So grateful I found them !!!!

I arrived 30 minutes early for an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes for a minor filling. Dr. Franco had me out of there in 15 minutes. I left before my scheduled appointment! 10/10!

Easily the best dental care I have ever received. I randomly came across the number when doing a Google search, looking for somewhere to have an implant done. They got me in right away & I was in surgery within the next month. The staff is the friendliest of any other offices I have been to. Always smiling & eager to help in any way possible. Every time I enter the office, I am immediately greeted by my name & I have never had to wait long to get taken back. My mother came from out of state for my surgery & ever since, she raves about their friendliness & diligence. I won't go anywhere else!

I went to this dentist three times, first time cleaned good, second time the nurse was nervous, but she did nice job, but third time the nurse almost nothing good for cleaning, I thought this nurses was first time to trying the job, and My gums have shrunk already ,but none told me about that, And No treatment for my teeth, didn't give a idea , few days after, I was trying to cleaning my teeth's because they didn't clean good ! I found out about my teeth have a big problem, My gums have shrunk already,and one have bleeding by odontolith!
