Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Constant hygienist and dentist turnover. I've seen 3 different dentists and 2 hygienists since I started going here over two years ago. Plus, they've canceled or rescheduled numerous appointments due to a lack of proper staff. If you want a dental office with some level of reliability, this definitely isn't it.

My experience with Francis Park denistry was AMAZING! Casey and Sam up front did an excellent job of helping me get checked in and made the process so smooth! They were so extremely nice! The oral surgery team of Kelly, Maddie, and Dr. Simoni were absolutely amazing! Dr. Simoni was very gentle and explained everything! I will 100% go back and would highly recommend Francis Park denistry to anyone and everyone! Thank all of you for such a great experience!

I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. Dentist put me down in the system with having a gum infection without telling me, scheduled me for a different cleaning that could bypass my standard covered insurance. Bad business practices. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I prefer not to leave a bad reviews, but this one is just unexeptable! Un professional doctors, who have the rights to treat patients and literally leave a traumatic experience . I have a feeling that they just come there to practice on real people so they can gain experience! Places like this should be checked by the right authorities and should be closed! What happened to America? What happened to treat people like you want to be treated?

I was a new patient who had an appointment scheduled for 5 months. They called me the Friday before my Wednesday appointment letting me know that my appointment was cancelled and that I needed to call and reschedule. I called back an hour later and the woman who helped me said that all appointments were booked for the forseeable future. She could put me on a wait list but could not rebook me even though I already had a time booked. What kind of a business are you running? Luckily you have more clients than what you need because I would never give you a second chance. Poor customer service

Dentist was very impatient and inconsiderate. She didn't explain the process to me very well and hurt me with the tools. Feels like she just want to get her job done as fast as she could so she could leave and do her own things. Then I had a deep cleaning appointment scheduled in the next few weeks. I arrived on time but waited for 40 minutes for someone to call my name! No apology or whatsoever like it's normal. I do not recommend this place at all! Avoid at all cost!

Horrible customer service. I tried to give them my insurance and the guy kept dodging my call. They won't return my call or answer the phone for me. I finally had my insurance call and file the claim and they still won't answer or return my calls to check on the claim so I can get my refund. This is the most bizarre thing I experienced at a dentist office. Beware!!!!

This is a corporate dentist and they do not care about you. They just want to extract as much money from you as possible. They will cancel your appointment without a second thought and then you will spend the rest of your life trying to reschedule it. I actually liked my dentist there, but she left and they didn't even think to tell her patients. This place is an absolute mess. Literally any other dentist is better.

I had a terrible experience with Kathryn Simon, DDS. From coming in and not introducing herself. She kept talking about her cats to other staff and did not acknowledge my presence. This was my worst teeth examination, she kept pocking my gums so painfully. I tried to sign her to stop multiple times by raising my hands but she kept holding down my jaws and continuing. When I finally moved my head away to escape the pain from her she said the test is normally painful. I was surprised as all my other examinations in the past were not this brutal. I requested since it was painful if we can take breaks in between. She stood up and quickly stopped my examination & left. I felt it was unprofessional. I was left wondering why I came all the way after waiting for months for this. Her attitude was awful. I felt not listened to & shut off. I am going home with bleeding gums. I never want her as my dentist again. She made me feel like she was doing me a huge favor at her services. All my previous examinations here with other dentists were much better. The assistant was awesome. My insurance still paid for it even thou I didn't receive care. I was going for my 6 month cleaning and oral exam & she didn't do it.

I had been a patient since 2019. The handling of Dr. Habibi's departure, the practice not replacing her, and flat out cancelling all of her patients' existing appointments via voicemail, and then never being able to get through on the phone to reschedule was absolutely unacceptable. The general disorganization from the office's management and the fact that the staff seems clueless (if you can get in touch with them at all) has forced me to find a new dentist.

I have visited dentists in 5 different states as I've moved around. My uncle was a dentist for many years. Francis Park is the most welcoming, most professional, and all around best dental office I've ever been to. Every staff member is friendly, good at their job, and professional.

My partner and I have been patients at this dental practice since 2019 and used to adore it! Dr. Habibi is the best dentist I've ever had, but she is or will no longer be at the practice. Everyone from reception to the dental assistants was friendly and accommodating; however, this is no longer the case. This office has had high turnover within the last year, and many of our appts were rescheduled at Francis Park's request. We understood times are tough and have been willing to accommodate, but they provide no flexibility for their patients. I needed to reschedule one time due to a work conflict, and the next available appt was six months out. Are they unable to put you on a waitlist if another patient cancels or reschedules? They used to do this, not sure why it's not an option anymore. My partner and I have interacted with Nathan on separate occasions, and he has changed our perspectives on this place in a negative way. We are both in the service industry, and we understand times are especially hard in healthcare right now. Nathan's unwillingness to listen or accommodate patients is disappointing. I was so happy when I found this place years ago; I recommended it to my friends and family! But after multiple unpleasant experiences and being unable to see a dentist in a timely fashion, we're looking for someplace new.

Since day one it's been nothing but problems. Called as new patient was wanting a full dentist since I don't have one anymore. I selected them as they were listed as an oral surgery as well as general. Had a chipped tooth that needed to be taken care of one way or another and informed them of this. Go in get x-rays and told they recommend root canal. Tell them adamantly that it was not possible for me too do that and it needed to be pulled. The doctor did not feel comfortable doing it, Then informed they only have the oral surgeon in once a month. Add to this unreturned calls and the staff not paying attention when I tell them what needs to be done. Only give a 2 star because they did offer 100 off another procedure they recommended.

My first review 4 years ago about this place was great! However! Now this place is terrible! Since I started going there 4 years ago they have lost at least two dentists and one hygienist. They constantly get my phone number wrong, and my appointments. They also get my husband's appointments wrong also. Very bad turn over and very poor communication skills.

I'm only giving them three stars because they went above and beyond to help me when I had a dental emergency a few years ago. However, I had my regular six month appointment scheduled for a Friday morning. Due to my work schedule, I need early morning appointments, so I had scheduled this appointment way ahead of time. Well, I got a call from them, actually a voicemail, a week before my appointment saying my appointment was being canceled because the dentist "no longer worked Fridays", and instead of honoring the appointment, I had to call and reschedule. It took me calling twice to get anyone to call back, and finally got an appointment scheduled for a Tuesday morning at 7am. I confirmed the appointment, and arrived there just before 7 for my appointment. As I was filling out the paperwork, 10 minutes into my visit, the person working the desk told me that they had found out the day before that the dentist I had scheduled with had a meeting and wouldn't be in, so I was going to have to wait to see the other dentist, who wouldn't be there until 8. But, they "didn't want to tell me because I had already had to reschedule". So, I drove all the way out there at 7am, only to have to cancel my appointment because I had another appointment and couldn't wait for the other dentist to arrive at 8. All they would say is "I'm sorry", and made me feel bad for being frustrated that they decided not to call me to tell me my appointment would be an hour late. So unprofessional.

Had a great experience here! The whole staff is so friendly, and the work they do is top quality. For those concerned with pricing, understand that you are getting some of the best treatment in the area. It's entirely worth it, I would heavily recommend Francis Park to anyone in need of dental care.

I had such a good experience here. The staff worked through a difficult insurance issue to make sure I received all the coverage I could, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the doctor I saw, because her bedside manner was better than like...any doctor I've ever seen, for any reason. She was very considerate of my finances when making recommendations and even walked me through some purchase options that had nothing to do with any profit her practice would have made. Not pushy at all, just kind and direct. From this one experience, I definitely recommend these guys!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THE OFFICE MANAGER GASLIGHTS YOU ABOUT THE ALLEGED TREATMENT OPTIONS OFFERED (EVEN WHEN ONLY ONE WAS OFFERED). FIRST THEY PERFORMED A ROOT CANAL ON THE WRONG TOOTH, THEN THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR CROWNS. I TRIED TO CALL AND REASON WITH THEM AND SHE SHE DID IS DENY DENY DENY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED
