Dr. Francis was raised in Provo, Utah where he graduated from Provo High school. He then served a 2-year mission in Italy. Upon his return, he attended Brigham Young University and then completed his dental training at Creighton University, where he graduated in 1987. He returned to Provo and joined his fathers dental practice. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Francis is a member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association and the Provo District Dental Society.
Dr. Francis and his wife Vickie have four married children and 15 grandchildren. He is a private pilot and he loves the outdoors, camping, hiking, and jeeping. He finds great satisfaction helping his patients with all of their dental needs.
Dr. Seager was born in California and raised in Las Vegas, NV. After graduating high school in Las Vegas, he served a 2-year mission in Chile. Dr. Seager attended BYU and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science, then returned to Las Vegas, NV where he attended the UNLC School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduating in 2018, Dr. Seager moved to El Paso, TX where he helped to fulfill the dental needs of an underserved community. After 3 years in El Paso, Dr. Seager, moved back to Utah Valley where he looks forward to raising his family. Dr. Seager has a passion for dentistry and finds fulfillment in the relationships he builds with his patients.
Ceri is your dental hygienist. It is her job to make your teeth gleam and keep your gums healthy to improve your overall health. She has been making your smile sparkle at Dr. Franciss office for more than fifteen years. When she is not a work, she loves being outside as much as possible playing with horses, tending to fruit trees, gardening, or camping.
Debbie has worked with Francis Dental since 2010. Debbies background is in marketing and project management. She is a dedicated office manager, setting high standards of excellence for all employees.Debbie focuses on patient loyalty by forging strong relationships with them.
Camie has worked as a dental assistant for Francis Dental since 2000. Camie completed her dental assistant courses at The American Institute in Provo. She loves working with Dr. Francis and looks forward to making your dental visit go as smooth as possible.
Kat Ledkins has lived in Utah her whole life and is attending UVU while majoring in Dental Hygiene. She graduated from the dental assisting course at Mountainland Technical College, and loves working as an assistant.

My sister recommended Dr. Francis and his staff to me, and my first visit was such a pleasure. I had some staining/tartar that I was very concerned about, but Ceri got it all cleaned up for me and I had zero cavities! What a relief! My teeth look so much better. She's a miracle worker.

Dr. Francis's office is the greatest! I have gone to him since I was a kid. As an adult I have since been to 3 other dentists because of insurance but I had such bad experiences that I decided it was worth paying extra to go back to him even though he was out of network. But it turned out that Dr. Francis is so conservative, that even when he was out of network for me I SAVED MONEY going to him over the dentist who was covered by Medicaid (because the Medicaid dentist did a bunch of upgrades and unnecessary things without properly explaining it to me). Dr. Francis is so honest, easy going and nice, and knowledgeable. And his assistant Ceri is one of my favorite people! She could talk your ear off or listen to you talk all day. She remembers people and is so easy to talk to and GREAT with kids. And Connie and Debbie in the office are always sweet and helpful. My husband has switched from his family dentist and we take our kids to Dr. Francis instead of the pediatric dentist who we had a bad experience with. I can't say enough good things! Absolutely recommend!

Would highly recommend to anyone asking! Dr. Francis is so kind and professional. He is great at what he does. I really appreciate his honesty- he never suggests work to be done that is not essential. Suri has been our dental hygienist and has amazing attention to detail. All of their staff is wonderful to work with!
