Dr. Sukhani is an accredited dentist who holds a strong passion for her profession. In 1998, she graduated from the renowned Pune University, School of Dentistry and has served patients in the Twin-Cities metro area for the last 14 years.
She is committed to making her patients' needs and concerns her own. Her preventative and comprehensive approach to dental procedures focuses on long-lasting health, retention of functionality, and aesthetics. Her love for creativity and artistic qualities makes her a brilliant cosmetic dentist.
Dr. Sukhani is happily married with two beautiful children. She is blessed with an 11 year old boy and an 8 year old girl. In her free time she loves to travel and more than anything loves being with her family.
Rocky Weeks wears two hats at 7300 France Dental, those of our Office Manager and Receptionist. She graduated from Normandale Community College in 1980 as a Registered Dental Assistant and has over 3 decades of experience in dental care. Of her many valuable years of experience, she has dedicated the last 18 years to our clinic here.
Someone who truly enjoys helping our patients understand their insurance, figure out their treatment plans, navigate through the entire process of dental care and just generally loves bringing patients into our family, Rocky is an integral part of our family here. Our team loves her and so do our patients!
Jennifer (Jenny) is from Savage, MN and has been there for the last 12 years. She lives with her two kids - Zachary and Maggie. Their beautiful family also has another member - Lexi - a German shorthair pointer who is 3 yrs old keeps them very very busy.
She graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene and has been with our practice for the last 13 years. Jenny loves working here and says that we've built a great team here between our patients and staff.
Dina Elyamany is our licensed Dental Hygienist. Dina loves providing hygiene services for her patients. In addition to her role as our hygienist, Dina also conducts research at the University of Minnesotas school of Dentistry in expanding oral healthcare access to underserved patients within our state. During her free time, Dina likes to paint, walk her dog, travel with her husband and spend time with her family by enjoying ethnic cuisines within the metro region.
Lyuda is a Registered Dental Assistant at our Dental office. She was born in Russia and moved to the USA with her husband and three children in 2000. She received her degree from Dakota Technical College in 2004 and has been with us ever since.
She really enjoys helping people and hopes to make their lives better with pain-free dental care. She became a grandma recently and says her life is now complete! Someone who cares very much for her family, Lyuda enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling.
Jessica Rybakov is our receptionist! She recently moved to Minnesota from Florida and is finally living on her own, even though Florida is where she spent most of her life and graduated there, she absolutely loves Minnesota! She grew up in a Russian family so she is bilingual as well as having basic knowledge of ASL so if you need a quick interpreter just ask! She loves the medical field and even attended a high school program which taught her basic medical training and got her CPR certified! Jess loves meeting new people and interacting with them! She is persistent and so will help you find the answer to your questions! Jessica will often be the first to answer your call so you can count on her! She looks forward to meeting new patients and getting to know each and everyone of you!
The team at France Dental believe in the importance of preventative care. We focus on keeping patients in good oral health so that they can live a full, healthy, and enjoyable life that is free from oral pain. This starts by educating our patients on what they can do to stay healthy at home. In our family dentist office we recommend that patients eat a healthy diet that consists of green leafy vegetables, lean protein, nuts, dairy products, and crunchy fruits and veggies. Eating these foods along with drinking water can help to keep teeth healthy and make them stronger. By simultaneously reducing sugar intake, patients can also reduce their risk of cavities.
It is also important to brush and floss throughout the day. Instead of waiting for bedtime to brush teeth, carry a small toothbrush and use it after meals and snacks. This makes it possible to remove sugar and bacteria from the teeth and gums before it has the opportunity to turn into acid that can attack the teeth. This preventative step can greatly reduce a persons' risk of getting a cavity or gum disease. We understand the importance of taking these steps at home and will spend the time necessary to educate and inform patients so that they can stay healthy overall. Education, after all, is essential for living a long and healthy life.
Understanding the importance of these regular dental exams, the staff at France Dental work to make each patient extremely comfortable. This includes being welcoming and kind while performing dental treatments in a way that is painless and relaxing. Patients visit our dentist office because they trust us to do just that take care of their teeth and gums, gently. The majority of our patients are local and come from the greater Edina area, we also see patients that are looking for gentle dental care.
Seniors, on the other hand, often struggle with gum disease and oral infections. As people age, their teeth can become weaker and infected more easily. Bone loss is incredibly common with seniors and by conducting regular dental exams, the team at France Dental can help seniors to have strong teeth and reduce the risk of them falling out. Since over seventy percent of U.S. adults suffer from tooth loss, preventative care is important.
A. Primary, or 'baby,' teeth are important for many reasons. Not only do they help children speak clearly and chew naturally, they also aid in forming a path that permanent teeth can follow when they are ready to come in.
A. First, rinse the irritated area with warm salt water and place a cold compress on the face if it is swollen. Give the child acetaminophen for any pain, rather than placing aspirin on the teeth or gums. Finally, see a dentist as soon as possible.

Dr. Geeta Sukhani is the best dentist ever. I have always been skeptical of going to a dentist partly because of fear and partly due to lack of trust. Dr. Sukhani laid to rest both of my concerns and I am now a regular at her clinic. She listens to patients concerns and makes sure all options are explored and explained in detail. She checks in with you during a procedure and makes sure patient comfort is always taken care. Be assured that you are in great hands with Dr. Sukhani as your dentist.

France dental has been a very friendly and an enjoyable experience. being a guy I spent my life avoiding doctors and dentists, I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Geeta and the staff made it so easy for me to deal with my bad habit of not brushing my teeth. (my sister is cringing right now) they turned it around for me so it's not an issue any more.

Unfortunately it was too late we realized how Dr. Geeta Sukhani damaged our daughter's teeth. She said there were cavities on some of her teeth and put fillings on them. After few years we went to a different dentist who reviewed the old xrays before and found those cavity were actually in the 1st layer of the tooth and could reverse. Dr. Geeta Sukhani didn't even tell us about that... I can't believe such a sweet and nice lady can destroy child's teeth just like that. Scary how health cares turns into business and you can't trust anyone.

This was the first crown experience in my life. DDS Geeta Sukhani was simply fantastic! I was referred to France Dental a couple of years ago, after the only dentist in my life finally retired. Dr. Sukhani easily explained the whole process from beginning to end. Keeping the patient's cost in mind without sacrificing quality. Most of my family goes to France Dental now as well. I am truly fortunate to have Sukahi Dental. My teeth have shown steady improvement, since I started working with this team. My teeth were constantly bleeding and my gums were irritated. 3 years of care and I have ZERO bleeding and NO discomfort. My chronic headaches are a thing of the past! Thank goodness! I learn a new tip, every time I receive services. My gums are now super-healthy! My entire family are seen by their team and I must say that it is money well spent! My only regret is not seeing Dr Geeta and her team at France dental sooner! I hadn't been to a dentist in over 15 years, with many neglected issues over those years, until I had a tooth crack in my smile line. I was able to see Dr Sukhani within the week I called and am SO glad I did. From the front desk to the hygienist to the Dr herself, everyone was kind, welcoming and so accommodating. They are very transparent with what dental work can wait (to better maximize insurance) but also clear on what needs to be addressed to prevent larger issues. If you have ever had a negative experience at a dental office, I can assure you the team at France dental will change your outlook on dentist visits, it did for me!

Excellent dental care! Dr. Geeta Sukhani is excellent. I developed an acute toothache and, I needed help. I had an entire appointment scheduled for the following day and a prescription to treat the tooth. Dr. Sukhani performed the procedure and suggested a root canal. Root canal treatment is completed smoothly and efficiently. She made this cost-effective procedure, and nothing is overcharged. I trust her work and her advice completely, and all of her work has been outstanding. The team is very responsive and caring. I would highly recommend this group for dental care.

I first met Dr. Sukhani when she was helping my regular dentist with some of his patients. She was so friendly and professional, and always able to make me feel at ease about my treatments. I am so grateful that I found her again at France Dental when I had chipped a front tooth. She fixed the chip in no time, and my smile looks better than before. After trying many Dentists around Twin Cities, I finally found what I was looking for in France Dental. Very professional and amiable staff. Clean and pleasant ambience. Dr Sukhani is knowledgeable and meticulous. She will provide thorough medical explanation of treatments available. She makes recommendations that will be the best treatment but gives options so that patient can decide what's best for them. I highly recommend France Dental!

Almost 4 years later (December 8, 2017) and I still can't stop thinking about how wonderful this dentist and her staff were to me. I was beyond desperate for help. The pain was something I had never experienced. I had no insurance and I had let the tooth go too long for any sort of help besides having it extracted. Dr. Sukhani and her absolutely wonderful staff were so very very kind to me that I still think of them. I'm signing up for insurance now, and I am finally able to get limited dental insurance, and I'm making sure that she is on the list of approved dentists because there is no way that I will see anyone besides her! To say that I have a fear of dentists would be an understatement, but she is thee most kindest, most understanding Dentist I have ever had the good fortune to meet.

I was in so much pain over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I started calling around to get it worked out. All the dates were too far out for my pain, I couldn't wait. Originally they said they could get me Thursday, but I told them I don't think I could wait that long, my face was swollen and I was in pain. Dr. Geeta got on the phone and took me within the next hour. I didn't hesitate to go! I knew then she was genuine about her work because she took me in when other places told me "Sorry, that's when we have an opening." She got me in, numbed me up and got the job done. I'm pretty sure she's going to be my b dentist from now on. The place is clean, the staff is nice! I appreciate people who are passionate about their craft! Thank you Dr. Geeta!
