Dr. Gaitsgory is a graduate of the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. She has a doctor of dental medicine (DMD) degree and has been in practice for many years. Dr. Jean-Marie Biebuyk enthusiastically adds his expertise in periodontics to the Framingham Premier Dental team. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988, and then went on to complete the prestigious periodontal program at the Tufts School of Dental Medicine, from which he graduated in 1990.
Dr. Biebuyk has placed over 1,000 dental implants since he began practicing. He now specializes in the conservative treatment of gum disease, dental implants, and reconstructive or cosmetic periodontal procedures. Dr. Biebuyk is committed to using the latest technology to provide superior care. From regenerating bone in the jaws to diagnosing and treating oral pathology, Dr. Biebuyk looks forward to providing expert periodontal care for patients in and around Framingham.
Dr. Biebuyk stays up-to-date with the latest advances in periodontics through his involvement with professional organizations like the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Academy of Dentistry, and the American Academy of Periodontology. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Dentistry.

Dr. Gaitsgory is always accommodating when one of her patients is in need of dental work I have been seeing Dr. Gaitsgory for several years and she is very thorough, explains everything, goes over Xrays and tests and answers every question. When emergency care was recently needed, Dr. Gaitsgory made sure I got all the tests I needed and referred me to an oral surgeon for a procedure the next day. Dr. Gaitsgory clearly cares about her patients and their health at all times.

Highly skilled and patient-centered, Dr. Gaitsgory takes the time to answer all of a patient's questions in detail and is up to date on the latest procedures and technologies.The dental hygienists and staff are professional and thorough. Not recommended. Dr Gaitsgory ignored some problematic teeth with 'we will look at them later' and then I think she was distracted with some problems at home with her children. Now I have had to deal with implants and cold sensitivity. Fortunately I found a dentist that is paying attention to my situation. Note the staff turn over. That is indicative of the type of practice this really is. Stay away.

Dr. Gaitsgory is an excellent clinician, honest and detailed. She is conservative and won't recommend needless work. Equipment updated. Hygienists are quite competent as well. Her office is efficient, prompt, clean and professional. Very convenient parking and good hrs for working professionals.

I found Dr. Marianna Gaitsgory through Zocdoc as "in-network" for my plan with MetLife, but it turned out that she's out-of-network, and now I'm getting charged for services that I would not if she was actually in-network as she advertised on Zocdoc and their website. I scheduled an appointment and provided all my information about my insurance later on the phone. I came in for the 1st appointment on Dec/2nd and, when I was leaving, got told that I had something to pay. I was surprised because I've never paid for cleaning and x-Rays, then it's when I found out that Dr. Marianna Gaitsgory is actually out-of-network, and now not only my annual spending limit went down, but I'm getting charged for services that I would not if they were in-network. I've reached out to Dr. Marianna Gaitsgory office and still have not received an answer around the amount I'm getting charged, nor how we'll do complete my treatment. Very disappointed. I would just say to other people here who are looking for an "in-network" dentist to make sure Dr. Marianna Gaitsgory is "in-network" to avoid all the headache I'm having.

This place is a joke. They have on the website that they are TMJ specialists when they are not. I booked an online appointment through their website hoping that they would help me with my problem, but on the day of the appointment when I called to confirm the time, they told me that they don't take TMJ patients. I can't even tell how frustrated I was, I hope no one needs to go through this. UNPROFESSIONALS

Not only is Dr. Gaitsgory really knowledgeable, quick, and puts her patients at ease, but the entire staff is great to work with. The receptionists are efficient and happy to answer any questions and the dental hygienists listen carefully to patient concerns (for example, I have very sensitive gums and hurt during cleanings, so the dental hygienists always use numbing cream to make the experience pain free). Highly recommend this place!

The hygienist explained how she was using jetted water and scraping tools to clean plaque from my teeth, then she flossed and I was clean and done without discomfort in about a half hour. The dentist checked my teeth images and actual teeth and we discussed a crown and why it would be a good idea to eventually have one put on one of my deteriorating molars. It was advice without a hard sell, which I appreciated
