I got my teeth cleaned by Jessie today. Such a great hygienist!! Very thorough, walks you through each step, very considerate of any discomfort he may cause and very friendly. He puts you right adease from the moment you sit in his chair. Thank you, Jessie....looking forward to my next visit:-)

It's a dentist so how could ever really be 5 stars, right?? But I'm so glad to have made the switch to Foxwood when they opened. Jesse is awesome -- he tells you exactly what he is doing next and teaches about what each part of the evaluation process means. First dentist office since I was a kid that I don't dread going to.

Decided to switch from my current dentist to Foxwood due to very close proximity to my residence. This was a difficult decision considering I liked my dentist and their staff. I was fortunate to get a same day appointment due to a cancellation. Staff were outstanding. I was lucky enough to also get Jesse as my hygienist. This office has the latest equipment and technology, much of which I had never seen before. Jesse kept me informed of every step he took, which I was also not accustomed, showing me every pic and x-ray details, which was the most extensive I have ever seen before. I came away very impressed and very satisfied that this will be along-term relationship.

Dentist and staff amazing. I was coming in for a 3rd opinion and they charged me for an emergency appt. which was an honest mistake I guess. They needed much more than the xrays the other two offices required to give me an opinion on what I came in for which was disappointing and the costs on what they could tell me was higher than the other 2 offices which was regrettable because I really liked everyone and it's right across the street from where I live

As a new patient, my dentist created a positive approach to resolving my dental problems with a new plan, my dental assistant and hygienist did a great job with xrays, cancer screening, cleaning and applying fluoride to my old and worn out teeth. Maybe they will last another 72 years. Thanks

In less than 24 hours the money owed to us was refunded. Its too bad this had to get elevated beyond my personal visit in June questioning this billing error. Below is an inquiry sent to the office of the Florida Attorney General about the questionable insurance processing at this business: My wife scheduled an appointment with Foxwood Dental Care. Our Dental Insurance (GEHA) has them listed as a network provider. This information was also confirmed when the appointment was scheduled with Foxwood Dental. Per GEHA, a network provider is under contract to accept the amount allowed excluding any cost shares or deductibles on our part. Foxwood Dental required us to pay the entire balance that was not allowed even though they are under contract to accept the allowed amount. I contacted GEHA and they confirmed that under contract Foxwood cannot "balance bill" but cannot prevent them from doing so. What are our rights or options pertaining to a dental provider who disregards a contract agreement with our dental insurance? Had this been known, we would have searched for a different provider. Who else is Foxwood breaking a contract with and balance billing others?
