I've referred many parents to Foxboro Orthodontics over the years. Dr. Karasko is very pleasant and I trust her recommendations. The office staff is second to none. They're always friendly and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and rescheduling.

All office staff are super friendly. Christine is very kind, informed and gracious in explaining all details. Dr. Karasko is highly skilled, and has alot of experience dealibg with kids. They also work well with your schedule and financial needs. Best orthodontist office I've visited ever.

We love the office! My son had his braces put on just before the March 2020 shutdown. Once services could resume, he was seen quickly, and appointments were scheduled in advance. They adhered to all recommended Covid protocols to stay open and minimize risk of transmission. My son has repeatedly commented how great the staff are who have worked with him. Instructions for care of the braces and his teeth have always been clear, and my son was engaged by the doctor and her team the whole time in what his responsibility was. We have since recommended a friend who is happy with the work as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Heather was amazing and very knowledgeable. Dr. Karasko took her time with us and explained every possible option for my son's treatment plan. I had many questions and didn't feel rushed by her as she took her time to address them. Highly recommend her practice!
