Dr. Gregg Hornyak is a 1992 graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, IL State Dental Society, McHenry County Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, among other prestigious organizations. Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Hornyak has also earned a Bachelor of Science in Dentisty, Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of IL at Chicago. He also attended Lane Technical High School in Chicago.
Dr. Hornyak believes in providing the best possible dental care in a relaxing and caring environment. Continuing education, researching new products for the office, integrity and honest business practices are some of the things he prides himself with the most. He is extremely excited that the practice now offers Cerec - Crowns in a Day!
Dr. Tami L. Zuck is a graduate of the College of Dentistry at University of Illinois and completed a General Practice Residency in Dentistry at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. A native of Mt. Prospect, IL, she is a graduate of J. Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, IL and W.R. Harper College in Palatine, IL. Dr. Zuck studied art at Iowa State University and worked as a graphic artist and illustrator for several large companies in the Chicago area.
Dr. Zuck loves animals and the outdoors and is involved in several local environmental organizations. She is an avid birder, photographer and traveler. Her favorite places to indulge in all 3 are Tucson, AZ, Sanibel Island, FL, Costa Rica and on a cruise to just about anywhere! Dr. Zuck frequently travels to Iowa to visit family and collects memorabilia from Hamburg, IA, small town where her relatives are from.
Craft projects and sewing are favorite hobbies as is tending to her native flower gardens. In her free time, she sells Avon products. Dr. Zuck loves a good demolition derby, attending pro golf tournaments, watching 'The Weather Channel' and 'Dancing with the Stars' and spending time with her cats - all 5 of them!
I have been working in the dental field for over 25 years. Needless to say, it shows that I take pleasure in working with patients. I am here to assist patients in explaining and discussing their dental insurance benefits and working on the financial aspects of their dental needs and concerns. I strive for patients to feel at ease and have confidence in our office in order to make their visit a positive experience.

This experience was truly worth of every accolade imaginable. I had required an emergency visit due to a toothache. I was referred to this practice by my wife who is a current patient. They got me in within a couple of hours and addressed the situation immediately. This modern and progressive practice employs a support staff who cares about your wellbeing in a very compassionate way. KUDOS to all at the Fox Valley Dental Association!!

This was my first visit with Fox Valley Dental. Loved that they let me complete the paperwork online. Everyone was very nice and they got me in ON-TIME. That is huge in my book. Glad I found this office!!!

Came in for routine teeth cleaning. Really enjoyedthe thoroughness of service from Katie. Dr Zuck is very professional, timely and took the time to thoroughly discuss my needs and make recommendations.

We had lived in Aurora for 40+ years, and had the same family Dentist for 20+ years. We moved to this area and needed to find a Dentist A.S.A.P... We tried two Dentists, but they were too assembly line for our family. We finally asked our Dental Surgeon for a referral and he immediately said Fox Valley Dental Associates. I called Fox Valley Dental and made the appointment. Within a week I was sitting in the lobby and was waiting to see the Dentist. My teeth were cleaned, 3-D images taken and Dr. Tami suggested several solutions. I received two crowns, and an impression for an upper plate. Within a couple of weeks I received my appliance and it was fitted. What a difference, I was able to chew food again. Thank you, Fox Valley Dental Associates.

Best dentist I have ever been to! Hygienists are amazing and I had the most thorough cleaning ever by far. Office staff is friendly and welcoming. Great energy in the office!

This is the best dental office I've ever been to, and we've been coming here for about 10 years. The staff are professional, and not only genuine in their concern and care, they are open and easy to talk to or to present questions or concerns. Dr Zuck is awesome along with the entire staff from the check in - to check out process and scheduling your next appointment. Highly recommended with five stars and a high five!
