Fantastic from the start. Fast appointment. Surgery was within week of first x-rays for wisdom tooth extraction. Staff was very competent and helpful. Facilities clean and relaxing. Dr spent lots of time explaining options and answering questions. I was never rushed.

I had an amazing experience! I was honestly stressed out ever since my dentist told me I need to have my wisdom tooth extracted . Everything from scheduling with Janet, Jennifer my surgical assistant today and Dr. Jones were incredible! It took less than 5 minutes for the tooth to come out! Jennifer was very sweet and professional, understood my anxiety and calmed me down immediately and explained the post-care very well, not overwhelming at all! Dr. Jones was amazing! He is very compassionate and made sure I didn't feel anything, made small talk during the procedure and too made me feel very comfortable! I'd recommend Fox River Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with 5 stars or more if I could and two thumbs up!!

We had a very positive experience considering that no one enjoys oral surgery. The administrative and support staff was very professional and kind. The doctor is great with kids and made my son very comfortable with his procedure.

I have taken all 3 of my boys there and Dr. Jones explains everything in detail, he is great! He even calls the next day after their wisdom teeth were taken out to see how they are doing. Janet is wonderful too!

I definitely recommend this place. All the staff were very friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable and kind. He answered all the questions I had and made me feel at ease. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and they did a great job. The procedure was easy, quick, and I barely felt a thing! They do great work.

Both of my sons have had oral surgery and they both had wonderful experiences. Everyone, from the doctor to the entire staff have been friendly and personable. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a surgeon who will spend time with you to explain procedures and answer questions, look no further! Doctor Jones was amazing. My complicated procedure was pain-free. He personally called later that evening to make sure I was doing ok and called me with my biopsy results while he was on vacation. It doesn't get any better than that. Kudos to his great team, as well.

They are absolutely amazing! Dr. Jones not only a great doctor but he is also very nice person. And all the girls who work there from front desk to assistant were so nice and helpful. It was amazing experience!!!

Doctor Jones was so kind polite understanding. He actually cares about his patients and does an excellent job at surgeries/procedure; teeth extractions. His staff especially the receptionist are so kind. They all where so reassuring to my elderly mother. Definitely recommend them.

Dr. Jones and his team were great! My son had his wisdom teeth extracted on 6/13 and had no problems. It was nice that Dr. Jones called the following day to see how he was doing, too. =)

My experience at Fox River was exceptional. The oral surgeon, Dr Michel Jones was wonderful. He explained the procedure step by step and made me feel so comfortable.He let me decide how much work was to be done at my appointment. The staff were all so kind, everyone really knew their jobs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone
