Great dental care is easily within your reach. Our office is conveniently located on N. Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, however we serve patients from Jackson, Scott City, and the entire Southeast Missouri region.

Summary: Be aware, keep away from this place, they trick you and let you pay full amount at the service, after insurance paid, refused to adjust and reimburse the rest of the amount, they do everything for money. (1) when made appointment at first, asked if they take our insurance, they said YES. But here is the tricky thing: they take all insurance, but they are NOT provider in any network, they do not tell you, they trick you. This is called liar. (2) I talked to the owner Jame, tried to work things out, he seemed like care about my case, promised refund me, but in the end, no extra refund. That is proof they are liar again. I seldom leave negative feedback, but I want to let other people know how this place deal with patients and be carefully choose this place. They lie and trick you.

Update: owner tried to work thing out with me, appreciated their attitude. My insurance paid partially; I am waiting for Fox family dental's refund. We paid in full at the service. Lier, they do not take our insurance, but said yes when asked before service. got the service done, insurance refused to pay(provider not in network), in the end, we had to pay out of my own pocket. They do everything for money. Be aware !!

The staff is amazing, always kind and friendly. Best dental care my family has ever had. They are wonderful with kids, and explain or show you the reason for everything they do.

Great dentistry. Personal all the way from reception to making next regular appointment. Professional all the way with a caring touch. I've been to different dentists a long time back but Fox Dentistry is by far the best from exams to cleaning to serious work they get you in and out with careful and reliable results. They care about your picture and health.

We have been patients with Fox dental for approximately 5 years. After moving from CA, we found that dental costs are considerably less while the care is about the same or even better. My regular oral hygienist, who is exceptional, was unable to clean my teeth. Dawn was also exceptional.

Fox Family Dental was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I made an appointment. I was in the door and out in under an hour, after a full cleaning and exam. I'm very happy with the service I received from the hygienist and the dentist. Highly recommend.

Competent, professional, friendly staff. Dr Jim has been very honest with his diagnostics and plan of care and has saved my family from other dentists out there that only have $$ in mind, not the best outcome for patient.
