Dr. Fox has provided mission dentistry in Monterrey, Mexico and locally through Dentistry from the Heart. He has studied at the renowned L. D. I went to Dr Fox because of my sister in law's recommendation. Dr Fox took time to explain the cause of my denture's problems and what my options will be. He explained ALL of the procedures and the cost plus the advantages of each. I will continue to see Dr Fox, even though it's a 35 minute drive.

My experience with Dr. Fox and his team has been the worst of lifetime. I had spent enough time with them through texts and calls before my appointment to make sure they only conduct the yearly cleanup service that is covered 100% by my insurance. Their office did that and fixed my appointment. But they still conducted a procedure without my knowledge and Insurance asked for justification which they could not Justify. They went to an extent and sent me a Municipal Court complaint for an amount of ~ $295. Rather than eventually waiting for the appeal to be addressed by my insurance they did not budge down to cancelling the court complaint , rather had me pay it with additional court fee charges they incurred in their court complaint. They simply went so low in their patient treatment. I think there are amazing dental service providers in the area and I WILL NEVER opt for their service again. FYI - I come with the best dental Insurance that usually an employer could offer, so this must tell you how they still conducted some exams knowing that it could end up patient responsibility. They had even the EOB copy ahead of my appointment.

Dr Fox has an amazing touch. Everyone wants there dentist to be gentle but Dr. Fox is at the top of the chart. It is obvious that he has dedicated himself to his craft. Expert performance all right up in a personality that is pleasing and professional. There are many good dentists closer to my home but I make the drive because he makes a difference.

I was referred to Dr. Fox by a friend who has been going to him for several years. I am happy to report my 1st visit was one of the most thorough xams I have ever had. Dr. Fox had me manipulate my jaw, in ways to see how my bite was affecting my main issues, which was something no other dentist had ever done. We have developed a plan for my future dental health ~including long needed dental implants. I like that his office provides several different options; that means I won't have to go outside his office to have things done.

Everything about my dental visit was fantastic. I got impressions for a mouthguard and the whole process went very smoothly. Every step was clearly explained to me and the pricing for the services was transparent. The dental specialist was extremely helpful and friendly. I was very glad and comfortable the entire duration of my visit!
