As a person who is very nervous around dentists, the whole staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Front Desk staff was great! Scheduling was easy. Little wait time. Comfortable space.

The hygienist and doctor are super nice, friendly, and professional. They were very concious of protecting patient safety using various tools to protect patients from Covid infection, which is reassuring since your mouth is gaping open for a long period of time.

Sorry for earlier post. Accidentally hit wrong star. Hygentists and dentists are wonderful. They are never rushed, answer questions thoroughly, use up to date technology, and office environment is quite pleasant.

I have been going to this office for dental cleaning and care for over a year and I am extremely happy with the services recieved. The office itself is clean and inviting with ample parking in the front of the building. The secretaries are always helpful and kind. I was elated when Katie was able to squeeze me in to see a dentist on a Monday after experiencing a weekend of extreme tooth and jaw pain. I was referred to a wonderful endodontist nearby and the secretaries at each office coordinated a time for me to get a root canal that same day! The dentist's and dental hygienist that I've seen at this practice are knowledgeable and empathetic. I receive phone calls reminding me of dental cleanings that are due which is also very nice (I would otherwise forget!). I will continue to receive dental services from this office because they meet the highest standards of customer service and overall excellence.

Fox Chapel Family Dental has friendly people, a comfortable office, and convenient hours. I trust the doctors and feel I've gotten good care here on every visit.

Would have given this practice a better review. My family and I love the Hygentists and Doctors..... Joanna the receptionist is a different story. She has no manners and is very nasty in person as well as on the phone. We could not make pervious scheduled appointments due to personal reasons and she proceeded to SCREAM at me on the phone because of it. If it wasn't for Joanna we would still be attending this office. I hope for the practices sake that they find someone new.

We loved the hygienists at this office. They were so sweet and kind with my 3 and 6 year old children. However, we had so much trouble with the billing at this office that we had to leave and find another dentist. We tried for a year to resolve the billing issues and understand what was being done. But, the receptionist is often rude and unprofessional and become defensive when questioned. I once was sent a bill, 3 times, with a different explanation (even patient name) on each bill. The same bill. We finally made the decision to go elsewhere.

Anyone who has anxiety about going to the dentist will love Fox Chapel Family Dental. The staff is wonderful (special thanks to KIM for helping me) and Dr Marc Johnson couldn't have been nicer or more caring. And he did a great job on my teeth. :)
