Dr. Brandon Fowler is a native of Southern California. He grew up in San Diego and attended The University of Southern California Dental School. He then went on to the prestigious USC graduate orthodontic residency. He practiced orthodontics in his private office in southern California for 7 years before deciding to make the move to Idaho! As soon as he found out about Idaho with all that it has to offer, outdoor activities, friendly residents, and a great place to raise his kids, he could not get here fast enough!
Now practicing in Meridian ID, Dr. Fowler enjoys his work because of all the amazing patients he has met and treated. He enjoys forming friendships while helping his patients achieve a perfect smile. He treats his patients with the utmost respect and highest quality of dental care as if they were a part of his family.
Dr. Fowler strives to provide exceptional quality, efficient, and personalized orthodontic care. Each patient that joins our community has their own unique treatment plan and is treated as the unique individual they are. Away from the office, you can find Dr. Fowler hanging out with his family. His wife, Melissa, is a local optometrist and they enjoy spending family time with their daughter and son. He is an avid sports fan and he enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, surfing, and golfing.
If you are in need of treatment, Dr. Fowler will recommend an appliance specific to your dental needs. Some of the treatment options available include: Traditional braces, Clear braces and Invisalign.
Brush your teeth by using a regular soft toothbrush. Brush down from the top and then up from the bottom on each tooth; always brushing away from your gums. Use a gentle sawing motion to work the floss on each side of the two teeth the floss is between. Be careful not to pull with too much force around the archwire.
That varies per patient but there is new technology that uses memory shape, heat activated wires that work without needing painful adjustments, decreasing the amount of office visits necessary to complete treatment. The average time between visits can range from 8-10 weeks. As you come close to finishing treatment, Dr. Fowler may want to see you more often, typically between 4-6 weeks during your last few months, to fine tune your final tooth movements.
The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your specific dental requirements. Once we complete a new patient exam and create a treatment plan for you, you will meet with a treatment coordinator to discuss the costs and payment plans available to you. We will work with you to create a payment plan that is tailored to your needs and budget.

I came in to get my permanent retainer fixed and the staff was amazing !! They were all very nice and Dr. Fowler was extremely personable. The office was very clean and inviting, I would recommend them to anyone!

Don't be fooled by how nice somebody will be when there is possibility of getting money out of your pocket and into theirs. I Cannot speak to the orthodontist's abilities, he seemed to be a nice enough guy. Luckily for my sake I was shown the true character of the office manager and staff prior to signing a contract. The woman I spoke with on phone was aggressively defensive about something that did require a defense. I was simply confused at the fact that the Office they referred me too was charging money for the referral. I was not made aware of that by anyone. I question this practice, as when I went to Fowlers office on a referral from my general dentist there was no charge associated. So presumably I imagined going to the orthodontists referral would not be of charge as well. A normal human assumption based upon the most recent experience I had. I called to ask if that was a normal procedure and ethical practice. The woman on the phone who refused to be called Ma'am because " its condescending", when asked what her name was she would not share it. Keep in mind Fowlers office is the one that contacted Whitewater oral surgery to set up the consult appt. Which this woman denies. Whitewater oral surgery called me to verify the appt that Fowlers office made for me. The woman very upset for no reason stated she has no idea what other offices charge, and its not her job, as I was being ridiculous then hung up the phone. This is a problem if they have no idea how the people they are referring operate then why do they refer to them ??? I was not upset with Fowlers office prior to the call I was calm and soft spoken. I was just trying to determine if its a normal ethical practice within the dental industry and if so, why did no one tell me to expect to render payment. For Fowlers sake I hope this woman was having a HOT FLASH or suffering from temporarily insane. Her attitude does not support a long-term business model. People are what make businesses successful I was ready to move forward with the braces. That is not going to happen now. I suggest you find an alternative orthodontist office. Hopefully DR. Fowler reads this and understands my authenticity. I did not deserve to be treated this way. No human deserves to spoken to like that.

We moved here and our boys were part way through their Invisalign treatment. Dr Fowler was amazing in the transition over, he made it seamless and was very welcoming. Appointments were on time, and he was very professional, and connected well with the kids. Our sons teeth look amazing too! Dr Fowler is highly recommended. Luckily we have our 2nd phase for our middle son still, so we will be seeing more of Dr Fowler.

Great experience! Dr. Fowler was extremely friendly and professional from day one. He also has great taste in music. Was always greeted at the front desk with a smile. Had the most kind and knowledgeable staff. I never even cried. The whole office made having braces enjoyable.

We love Dr. Fowler and his staff. Everyone is so friendly. They take the time to answer questions and explain everything. We always left happy. Fowler and his team are so great. They really take the time to make sure that everything is perfect! He is always there to answer any questions you have and never makes you feel silly about them.
