Dr. Brandon Fowler is a native of Southern California. He grew up in San Diego and attended The University of Southern California Dental School. He then went on to the prestigious USC graduate orthodontic residency. He practiced orthodontics in his private office in southern California for 7 years before deciding to make the move to Idaho! As soon as he found out about Idaho with all that it has to offer, outdoor activities, friendly residents, and a great place to raise his kids, he could not get here fast enough!
Now practicing in Meridian ID, Dr. Fowler enjoys his work because of all the amazing patients he has met and treated. He enjoys forming friendships while helping his patients achieve a perfect smile. He treats his patients with the utmost respect and highest quality of dental care as if they were a part of his family.
Dr. Fowler strives to provide exceptional quality, efficient, and personalized orthodontic care. Each patient that joins our community has their own unique treatment plan and is treated as the unique individual they are. No two people are the same, so why should you have the same treatment as the next person? He is excited to meet you and looks forward to achieving a smile youll be proud to show off.
Away from the office, you can find Dr. Fowler hanging out with his family. His wife, Melissa, is a local optometrist and they enjoy spending family time with their daughter and son. He is an avid sports fan and he enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, surfing, and golfing.
If you are in need of treatment, Dr. Fowler will recommend an appliance specific to your dental needs. Some of the treatment options available include: Traditional braces, Clear braces and Invisalign.
Brush your teeth by using a regular soft toothbrush. Brush down from the top and then up from the bottom on each tooth; always brushing away from your gums. Use a gentle sawing motion to work the floss on each side of the two teeth the floss is between. Be careful not to pull with too much force around the archwire.
That varies per patient but there is new technology that uses memory shape, heat activated wires that work without needing painful adjustments, decreasing the amount of office visits necessary to complete treatment. The average time between visits can range from 8-10 weeks. As you come close to finishing treatment, Dr. Fowler may want to see you more often, typically between 4-6 weeks during your last few months, to fine tune your final tooth movements.
The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your specific dental requirements. Once we complete a new patient exam and create a treatment plan for you, you will meet with a treatment coordinator to discuss the costs and payment plans available to you. We will work with you to create a payment plan that is tailored to your needs and budget.

Dr. Fowler and Staff have been nothing short of a 5 star experience. Both of my kids get almost excited to go to their Ortho appointments and NEVER have a complaint. The transparency, communication, kindness and overall happy vibe makes for great visits every time. Today was a celebration of success with the removal of braces and the AMAZING SMILE that was unveiled. THANK YOU, Dr. Fowler and your entire team as well.
