Dr. Sundaresh grew up in Bangalore, India. Coming from humble beginnings, he used sports as a way to jumpstart his future ambitions. From being the best speed skater in the country in his age group to being one of the top junior tennis players in the country, sport has always been a big part of his life.
Dr. Sundaresh moved to Orangeburg, SC to attend SC State University on a tennis scholarship. He was the captain of the tennis team and was selected for the all-conference teams at the end of the season. He graduated Magna Cum laude with degrees in Computer Science and Accounting. He also joined the Omega Psi Phi fraternity while at SC State.
Dr. Sundaresh moved to Charlotte in 2006 to work in banking. During his 4 years in banking, he realized that his true passion is to work in health care and make a positive impact on peoples lives. He met and married his wife Sheena while in Charlotte.
In 2012, Dr. Sundaresh was admitted to the School of Dentistry at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his time at UNC, he received numerous scholarships and also did a service trip to Nepal for 5 weeks to provide dental care for people with no access to a dental facility. Dr. Sundaresh is committed to learning about the latest advancements in dentistry, with a keen interest in using technology to advance treatment protocol. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Association, and Charlotte Dental Society.

They were professional clean and timely to hurry and extract my teeth for anything else I watched the man Ahead of me leave the building and say just forget it and my appointment time ran an hour and a half behind so just keep in mind when coming here you might be here for hours of your day and might want to a lunch because there's nothing to eat.

Went in to get two teeth taken out. Got part of one taken out by cracking it out, and the other is still in after almost 3 hours in chair. I Should have read reviews before going. Didn't feel comfortable with dentist at all. Lousy service. Gave me prescription and no other instructions on what to do when I left.

Fourth Ward Dentistry is by far one of the best in the Charlotte area. Dr. Chris Gorospe was amazing, as he explained things thoroughly while giving proper treatment, and did so with a pleasant demeanor and a smile. Great environment with the latest technology, and they worked with me on financing options. Awesome experience. Highly recommend!

These people messed up 3 fillings on different occasions, a different dentist said they left part of a cavity in one tooth and that the fillings were handles very poorly. The staff was friendly, but stay away from this place.

My review isn't going to be dishonest, it's as transparent as I can be to help others Do not allow them to extract teeth from your mouth!!!! Maybe a basic cleaning, whitening etc fill ins....the fun stuff!!! Anything to go in the mouth to pull do not allow them to do that!!! Again I don't want to bad mouth this company but please be advised....you've been warned and if you allowed them to do it!!!! Please know I warned you first

This place is a scam. I told them that I didn't want X-Rays because my insurance doesn't cover it, but they told me that they just got off the phone with my insurance and it is covered. Then they send me a bill for $290 when insurance didn't pay them! Be aware and stay away from this place!!! Them being nice is deceiving!

amazing! the staff are so kind and professional. from the front desk to the DA's (love BB and T!), and Dr G, I've had a great first visit (despite having to get stabbed in the mouth with the numbing stuff hahaha) they were seriously the such a great team, I'm glad I went here first for my clt dentist

Staff is nice but they are under staffed and they don't seem to organized and all on the same level as to what is going with their patients it's always something you have to come back for when it's the reason for the appointment! But they make sure to get that payment " securing ur appointment and then when you get there on your scheduled paid for appointment you have to make another one because they aren't staffed enough to proceed and they don't return phone calls they wait until your scheduled visit to let you know you have a balance from previous year even though you have seen them since the procedure has been completed! Yet again another set of staff and it's no COMMUNICATION with this office! I tried several times to give them the benefit of a doubt but they continuously fail!!! And now they refuse to release my records!!! It's not my fault you waited 7 months to say I have a balance!! Oh yeah because once again you have a new staff member in your billing dept! WORST DENTAL PRACTICE EVER!!!!!!!'

I came in for a tooth extraction on Monday 3/21 and was immediately greated by a very polite and personable young man (i forgot his name). he directed me into a comfortable space with several tvs equipped with Netflix accounts (great distraction). The entire team is professional and friendly every step of the way proving information regarding treatment options, financial options, and post care. 10/10 best dental experience so far! Thank you.

Today was my third visit in. Each time I've been the all of the staff has been different! 3 different dentists in less than a year seems very weird. I was in the office today for over 2 hrs for a cleaning- no cavities or problems. The hygienist was very nice but I told her multiple times that the suction straw was hurting the inside of my cheek and she didn't listen and now it is completely raw and hurting. The office staff said "stuff happens" when I asked if things were behind schedule.
