Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our dental office uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technology and we uphold the strictest sterilization techniques. We know that many people may feel anxious about coming to the dentist, so it is our goal to make your visit with us as pain and anxiety free as possible. We view it as our mission to educate our patients about all of their oral health care options and to help guide them to choose a treatment plan that is most suitable and appropriate for their needs.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We offer low-interest financing through CareCredit as well as a members only discount plan through our In-House Wellness Program. We accept most standard plans including those listed below. We accept out of network insurances and will help fulfill your claim. Please call our office for any questions or concerns.
There is no ID card, any group or member number to bring in with you. All your membership information is kept in your electronic record. Your effective date is the day you sign up and your expiration is 365 days later. You must contact the office to re-enroll prior to services being performed after expiration date.

This place is a scam. Went in as a new patient to get a bi yearly cleaning, they refused to do a cleaning because they said I "needed a deeper cleaning" that I would have to pay for out of pocket. They also said I had 3 cavities, and I have never had a cavity in my entire life. I was at my normal dentist just 6 months ago and they never mentioned anything about cavities or needing to do a deeper cleaning. After refusing to clean my teeth, they made me sit in a consultation room to go over my "treatment plan", which is not a normal thing at a dentist's office. Avoid this place. It's no different than Aspen Dental. UPDATE- went back to my previous dentist and surprise surprise....no cavities and no mention of needing a deep clean. They cleaned my teeth with no issues and said there was nothing wrong with my teeth or gums.

We love 4 point family dental! My daughter had her first little cavity, and was very nervous about! The staff took time to explain what they were going to do, to make her feel more comfortable.

My original dentist canceled on me 3 months ago & hasn't been able to schedule me back in. Four Points Family Dental was a life saver. They squeezed me in & with the great service. Thank you for the gorgeous clean smile again!

Very professional and friendly staff. Nice decor. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning and answered my questions. The Doctor was thorough in her exam as well. I look forward to my next visit in 6 months.

I've always hated going to the dentist until I found Four Points Family Dental. Dr Wilson is so nice the staff is friendly everyone is great. They make you feel so comfortable that you don't mind going to the dentist.

Not a family friendly place. Had to bring my babies last minute with me to a cleaning. I was unable to find a sitter. And they were well behaved but as I was checking out I was still told "you'll need to find a babysitter next time or your appointment will need to be cancelled". As a mom a four this isn't always easy to "just find a sitter" I called to voice my concern and was never apologized too. I will not be coming back to Four Points Dental.

Called & cancelled an appointment when I tested positive for Covid & received a missed appointment bill in the mail for $150. Called to discuss & the lady who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that there were 2 other appointments that were missed on top of the one I cancelled. I never made 2 other appointments what so ever, and I also proceeded to tell her the bill that comes to my address isn't even in my name, but yet she still says the bill is mine? This is a good dentist office & I enjoyed my time that I did spend there, but customer service is something that should never be overlooked. Unfortunately this could of been a simple fix on the office staffs part, but instead of listening to understand, the employee whom I talked to would rather listen to respond.
