Our first appointment we made with the office everyone was very generous and patient with my sister and brother. My sister has been a patient ever since and they've done incredible work with her teeth and her braces were 100% affordable. We cannot thank the staff &' Dr. Herman more than we already have!

At dr Herman's office the staff is amazing! They are so nice and friendly and they definitely work with the times u need! The environment is just so warmly and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter was seen on August 12 2022. To have a repair done to her retainer. I went in with my daughter to see if more glue could be added to her retainer. Was greeted by a very kind receptionist. But when we went to the back. We were greeted by a very rude person. The attitude that was shown to us was uncalled for. To the person that worked on my daughters retainer. You need to be reeducation on customer service. Explain and introduce yourself. We came from Gallup NM. I may have gotten my daughter her braces from Dr Herman's a while back. But back than the staff were very nice and treated my daughter with respect. Now we left with a bad experience the lady pushed on my daughters retainer with force that caused her tooth to hurt. If I had know that when I was still there I would have talk to management. My daughter is kind hearted and doesn't bring up things right away. She thinks of other peoples feelings first. She finally told me what she had said and done to my daughter. Very unprofessional in my eyes. If you don't want to work. Leave the job I'm sure there is another person who would gladly have that job and treat people with respect. Here all these years we were treated better than what we went through today. They loss our business. Please retrain your staff.

The Four Corners Orthodontist team is astounding. I've had two of my kids go through the process of wearing braces, another just started, and most likely, I will make it a family tradition. The professionalism from start to finish is phenomenal. I cannot name one employee because the "TEAM" deserves the recognition. If you have an orthodontic journey in your future, be sure to include Dr. Herman and his team. You definitely will not be disappointed.

I took my son here to have his braces removed. Everyone in the office was super friendly. They removed his braces complimentary which was a huge help. Got it done pretty fast too.

I got braces for the first time a week ago and they were so awesome here! They got me in a week after calling to schedule my first appointment. Marissa was very nice over the phone and in person. Dr. Herman was so nice and professional, and explained my condition in great detail. His assistant Kelly also explained the braces process and payment very well. Sierra put my braces on and was phenomenal!!!! She was really sweet and very, very gentle. It made my first time even better with ease. Lastly, Mary explained the contract for the braces in easy, understandable words for the not so sharp people like me, lol. Thank you so much Four Corners Orthodontics and Dental! I will definitely be recommending your dental office to others. :)
