Dr. Michael Woodhead is a Cosmetic Dentist at Fountainview Dental in Raytown, Missouri. He grew up in Sandy, Utah which is about 20 minutes from Salt Lake City. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah for his undergraduate education, majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Business Administration. He then attended Roseman University of Health Sciences in South Jordan, Utah where he earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Woodhead always knew he wanted to be in the medical field! He has found that dentistry allows him to make a positive impact on patients lives and overall health. He is extremely passionate about helping his patients reach their dental goals!
When Dr. Woodhead isnt being an awesome dentist, you can find him hanging out with his wife, Kimberly, and their handsome boys, Henry and Clark. He stays busy with his growing family, and they are avid Utah Jazz fans!

Met with friendly, smiling faces at the front desk. They took me back promptly at my scheduled time. The hygienist was friendly and thorough. She has light hands and finished my cleaning in a timely manner. Thanks!

The experience was awesome. Flo, Lunye, Ebony, Justin and Dr. Argana did a phenomenal job from the moment I was checked in to the end of my exam!!! Very professional and knowledgeable staff!!!

Lunya had wonderful greeting for me. Sherry was gentle and thorough when prepping my teeth in the first step of the cleaning process. Ebony, my dental hygienist, was professional, gentle and very thorough. When I asked her advice about a particular tooth, she was detailed as she showed me the x-ray and answered all of my questions while letting me make the decision. Thank you.

I am very scared of the dentist, however they made me feel very comfortable. This is a great dental office and I plan to tell all my family/friends about them. Lastly the front desk staff are so much fun and welcoming. If you have a fear of the dentist, this amazing staff will make you forget all about that fear. Thank you Fountain view Dental.....

I had my teeth cleaned by Ebony today, x-rays by Justin and Dr Argana checked my teeth. Thorough job by each employee and very kind interactions. I was in and out in 40 minutes. This is an organized office.

I had a major tooth emergency, along with a bad toothache. The clinic was able to fit me in right away, so I wouldn't have to go through another day of being in pain. I'm a new patient and the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Starting from the receptionist Ms. Flo, who greeted me with a big smile! Ms. Ebony did my deep cleaning and she was very gentle. She made sure I was comfortable from start to finish, making sure to always ask if I was ok! Fountainview Dental ROCKS!

They were awesome! They worked with me on price because my insurance doesn't kick in until next month. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it and was just genuinely friendly.. definitely going back for more work!
