Dr. Michael Woodhead is a Cosmetic Dentist at Fountainview Dental in Raytown, Missouri. He grew up in Sandy, Utah which is about 20 minutes from Salt Lake City. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah for his undergraduate education, majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Business Administration. He then attended Roseman University of Health Sciences in South Jordan, Utah where he earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Woodhead always knew he wanted to be in the medical field! He has found that dentistry allows him to make a positive impact on patients lives and overall health. He is extremely passionate about helping his patients reach their dental goals!
When Dr. Woodhead isnt being an awesome dentist, you can find him hanging out with his wife, Kimberly, and their handsome boys, Henry and Clark. He stays busy with his growing family, and they are avid Utah Jazz fans!

Best service I've ever experienced. Hygienist clearly explained everything and pointed out what may be problem. She in very knowledgeable. The dentist and her talked so I could hear their discussion. They didn't whisper as many other dentists do. The doctor explained what is needed and there was no high pressure to schedule. Even the receptionist was friendly and smiled. I am definite going back for the procedure. Btw. The cost is very reasonable.
