Samantha Yineman, DMD, MPH grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota. She attended North Dakota State University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Chemistry. She then continued on to graduate from A.T. Still University where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Yinemans mother is a dental hygienist, so she grew up around the dental office. She knew she wanted to be a dentist from the age of 10. Her siblings are also currently attending dental school!
Dr. Yineman is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Special Care Dentistry Association. She has participated in many volunteer opportunities such as providing oral cancer screenings and oral hygiene instruction at the Special Olympics and traveling to Ixtapa, Mexico to provide free dental care for locals.
When asked what part of being a dentist Dr. Yineman finds most rewarding, she answers, I really enjoy that I will never have the same day twice. I am always fascinated, challenged, and growing in knowledge every day. The field of dentistry encompasses all the dimensions of my personality and intellectual interests. It is a combination of science, anatomy, psychology, art, and personal interactions. Mostly, it is an opportunity for me to serve and give back to my community. In her free time, she likes to play tennis, bike, cook, paint, make pottery, crochet, do puzzles, read books, and spoil her dog, Winnie.

Just got back from Fountains Family Dentist in Sun Lakes... more time in the chair than I would have wished, but all nevesssry work! Staff was great and Dr and his assistant were amazingly kind! No complaints!

Thank you Fountains Dental Care Team for such a great experience. This was my first visit to Fountains Dental Care and was meet with such a warm and friendly welcome. Xandi (the Treatment Coordinator) was so friendly and welcoming. Yolanda (one of the dental hygienist) made my exam & X-rays so enjoyable. Sincerely this was the first time ever that I had a dental appointment that I really enjoyed. Yolanda was so friendly and witty that i honestly enjoyed my dental experience. I actually look forward to future appointments. Yes, a first! As for Dr. Nick Mellum, he was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Mellum repaired a chipped tooth I had and it was almost impossible to tell it was ever chipped. He did an outstanding job! Thanks Dr. Mellum. And, thank you to the entire Fountains Dental Care Team! Thanks for making my day and my dental experience so memorable.

My experience was an emergency one after a temporary crown fell out. Dr. Kerbs took me in, & along with his assistant put me in good shape & we set up a plan for the permanent health of my tooth. I am eternally thankful to him & the entire office team for all their help.

All three of my children (including myself) have seen Kim for our cleanings and Dr Mellum for our dental work. Even though I work up in the front, I know what happens behind the scenes, making it much easier to give an honest answer! :)

The dentist himself was very nice and polite. Didn't really spend much time with me. The assistant was okay as far as a bedside manner goes. She was not very friendly until I tried to make conversation. Then when my appointment was over. They were supposed to contact me the next day or the day after to let me no the cost of the procedures I needed done. It has been 3 days and I have yet to hear from them. I'm assuming they don't want my business. I went to them or I should say I went to that office starting about 3 years ago. Since then they have been bought out just recently. So everything I had done and the mistakes and things that needed to be taken care of or fixed. I am starting from scratch. So when I originally got my partials and they have not yet been correct. I am basically screwed and I feel like I have thrown $6,000 in the garbage. I feel like I gave them enough time to get back in touch with me. What really bothers me is I went in there because my very front tooth broke off. So it's not an emergency but to me it is because I don't want to go around with one tooth missing in the front. Thank goodness we are wearing mask so. They offered me no temporary solution either. So this morning I sought out a new dentist and we'll be going in there today. If you decide to go there plan on bringing your charge cards. Compared to most of us they are very high price.
