Dr. Larry Adamsgrew up in Colorado Springs, close to UCCS and graduated from Wasson High School. After graduating from the University of Nebraska and a short stint in the Army, he andhis wife raised theirfamily in Newton, Kansas in the Wichita area. A lot has changed since those days, but the greatness that makes Colorado Springs attract wonderful people has stayed the same. Dr. Adams is honored to provide the latest in dental care for this community.
Dr. Tate joined our team after recently moving to Colorado Springs with his wife Shelby and their two dogs, Gizmo and Fitzgerald. Dr. Tate graduated from the University of Oklahoma with undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry and continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015. Boomer Sooner! Following graduation, Dr. Tate pursued additional training in Clinical Oral Surgery at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA focused on various oral surgery procedures such as surgical extractions, wisdom teeth extraction, bone grafts, sinus lifts, implants, implant support fixed and removable dentures, tori removal, sleep apnea, airway management, and IV sedation.
In his free time, Dr. Tate loves to spend time with his family and friends. He loves to travel and be active, enjoying all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. He enjoys cooking and flying as a private pilot. If sports are happening anywhere he loves to be involved either watching or participating!
Dr. Mark George grew up in Colorado Springs where he graduated from Rampart High School. He attended Colorado State University for undergraduate work and later graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry in Lincoln, NE. Dr. George then returned to UNMC College of Dentistry for an additional 2 years of orthodontic specialist training. He enjoys working as an orthodontist where he is able to bring out the beauty in his patients smiles while also improving the function of the teeth.

My visit was a really great experience. All of the staff are very warm and friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I never felt worried about being in any pain or discomfort. This is by far the best dentist Ive ever been to.

Price for dentures , especially extractions (which the dentist stated would be easy)seemed very inflated. Definitely getting more estimates.

Just a scheduled cleaning. Jackie does a wonderful job and is very professional. She is so gentle, it's like being at the barber, makes me sleepy. I highly recommend Fountain Dental for anyone looking for a new Dentist!

Pedators , milking people in pain because they think they can. I did not agree with there fee so it took me minute to decide if I was willing to pay what they wanted. Well I was in pain and gave in.one fo his staff did not like my attitude after I agreed to pay $300.00 JUST TO PULL A TOOTH(tooth pain) and told me he he didn't like my attitude.... horrible Doctor to let his staff run wild.

Got there subscription for lower cost dental work today I used a free cleaning. They did a great job and when I had the deep cleanings done was at a lower cost to me. My gums are getting better slowly as I can now afford dental treatment. I look forward to regaining a healthy mouth.

We all know any dental work is pricey these days, so it certainly helps when you have a place that does good work. I've been twice so far, and both times have been great as far as a dental visit goes Faith was my first Dental Assistant, and I believe AJ was the name of my second. Both were excellent and patient with answering all my questions. The dentist Dr. Tate has been nothing short of friendly and professional. And my favorite thing of all is I have spent less than 5 minutes in the waiting room after checking in on both visits.

It has been 10 plus years since I've had a cleaning, horrible. I decide to go and I have to get deeper cleanings and the technician Jessica advised that we would have to break up the 2 appointments into 4 to ensure proper cleaning. I was so nervous as it had been awhile and I had to get numbed, Jessica was so gentle and attentive that I hadn't even noticed the work being done on my teeth till I saw her hand moving. She kept checking on me to ensure I was doing okay and not feeling too much pain. I now know what to expect during this process which has made me feel more comfortable in the process. Thank you to the fountain dental team and my girl Jessica!!

I've been to FDC a few times and wanted to wait to leave a review. I've had wisdom teeth pulled and other more minor procedures as well as cleanings. After going to a few other places that tried to convince me of weird add-ons for more money accompanied by attempting to shame me into these extras FDC has been really refreshing. They're very friendly, empathetic, and explain everything thoroughly. Going to the dentist isn't fun but I'd definitely recommend this dental practice.
