Be careful who takes your arm/debit card you may end up paying for someone else's bill, especially if the have the same name as you..

I have been going here for over 18 years now and will NEVER go anywhere else. They make you feel like family and always have a smile on their face to greet you. The hygienists are ABSOLUTELY fabulous!! Dr. Foster has hands of a cloud when getting work done and boy did I need work done when I first started seeing him. He's professional, has an amazing personality and I always look forward to talking with him about the latest cars that are out LOL. Look no further folks, the only Dentistry establishment you should go to, trust me! You won't be disappointed.

Like many of the other reviews for this group, I have been seeing Dr.Foster for 10+ years. The 2 stars in this review go entirely to him. He is gentle and respectful and has been nothing but pleasant and accommodating to me. However, unfortunately, I will not be returning to this practice again. As a healthcare professional, I take HIPPA standards very seriously and there were multiple instances where not only my own personal information was compromised but other patients information was as well. My social security number was read in its entirety to me over the phone while I could hear other individuals talking in the background. I'm happy to confirm this information, however it should be shared in a private location, not at the front desk. I also had my family member contacted in an attempt to reschedule my appointment with no signed release of information for this individual. When I called to share that this is against HIPPA regulations, I was given attitude and excuses rather than owning up to the mistake, apologizing, and correcting the situation. When I arrived at my appointment, there was a disgruntled patient in front of me being given the same treatment. I'm not sure if the front desk staff has changed or become jaded or if they have always been unable to remedy errors. I was then taken to a room for my cleaning and left alone with an entire list of current patients first and last names and their patient ID numbers on the screen in front of me, which has happened during previous visits as well. I have never left a negative review for anything before, however, for some this is a very dangerous unethical practice that can lead to serious problems. There is a reason that HIPPA standards exist. I hope that they can work to remedy this problem for current and future patients.

I have been going to Foster Dental Group for +10 years (originally seeing Dr. Foster and then eventually transitioning over to Dr. Ford when he joined the team a few years ago) and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The office's positive atmosphere, and the level of attention & care from staff have always put me at right at ease... even when getting a filling (yikes). I can't recommend Dr. Ford, or the Foster Dental Group strongly enough... -Chris

Today was our very first appointment and my 5 yo daughter and I had a great experience! We were there for our dental cleaning and our hygienist were Michaela and Cynthia. Both took the time to do their job and explain what they would be doing. The staff was very kind and timely. The covid protocols were in place as well. Dr. Barton was also very attentive and caring during our check ups. Going to the dentist isn't my favorite thing to do but definitely it's much better when you are in great hands!

Dr Ford is a wonderful and caring dentist. His numbing injections are carefully done so they are not painful. Even better - he takes the time necessary to numb the area so procedures are painless. He explains everything he is doing as he works and is very well informed

Everyone hates going to the dentist . Almost as much as I hate writing reviews .BUT Dr Ford knew I am not a fan of needles in my mouth , he understood my personal opinion of dentistry. He and his staff were incredible. I don't believe that a better dentist office exist in the area. Cheers and thanks .

My mother came in with pain & Dr foster took great care of her along side new assistant Christina she was so pleasant and helpful. My mother really enjoyed going in for a visit seeing a new welcoming face with a beautiful personality she was so compassionate for my mom. I appreciate this office. 5 stars
