Dr. Spencer has always been drawn to healthcare and being a part of helping people heal. She sees herself as a member of a patients healthcare team and strives to help you achieve your health goals. By taking the time to provide you with the best care possible, she is well-regarded for her thoroughness and comprehensive approach to oral health. Patients of Dr. Spencer are fortunate to receive state-of-the-art dental care as she is an avid participant in continuing dental education as a Dawson Academy Scholar and a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Spencer participated in a two-year continuum with Progressive Orthodontic Seminars. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Greater Kansas City Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and University Study Club. Dr. Spencer received her bachelors in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia before receiving her doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas Citys School of Dentistry.
Thanks to her two beautiful young boys, she is well versed in scatological humor and is known to enjoy (and quote) slapstick comedies and musicals. Outside of spending time with her sons, she enjoys listening to podcasts, practicing yoga, crossfit, jogging and drinking coffee. She is looking to travel more in the future and recently went skydiving!

By creating an atmosphere of trust and understanding, patients of all ages appreciate Dr. McDaniels gentle, kind, and caring approach to dentistry. Dr. McDaniel received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Louis University before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. She also has an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certification, has completed the Dawson Academy Curriculum, and is Invisalign certified. Dr. McDaniel is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Greater Kansas City Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry. She finds joy in cooking and traveling to new places, especially if her travels included hiking adventures. When you visit the office, be sure to share pictures of your kids and pets, she loves seeing them!

I have a Dental Assistant Certificate and prior to working at Foster Dental Care, I worked in a front office for three years. The best part about working at Foster Dental Care is that I get to meet new people and establish relationships with our patients.

I originally worked at Foster Dental Care for four years, took a break, and I have been back here for the last two years. I am a Dental Assistant and have worked in dentistry for 13 years altogether. When Im not working, I play pool and kickball, and my husband and I enjoy food and travel. Exciting news, Im currently pregnant with my first child and couldnt be happier.

Before working at Foster Dental Care, I studied at the University of Nebraska and completed the Dental Hygiene Program at UMKC in May of 2015. I came back to Foster Dental Care because I love connecting with our patients. Not everyone loves coming to the dentist, but being able to brighten our patients day in the smallest way makes my day. I have just joined the team and couldnt be more excited! I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Witchita State University (Go Shockers) and followed Hygiene School at UMKC. My favorite part of working at Foster Dental Care is helping my patients achieve their dental goals and getting to know their families.
