I recently had some extensive dental work done. The entire staff at Forward Dental has been awesome all thru the process and all my follow up appointments.

I went for a teeth cleaning yesterday as a first time patient. The woman who did my teeth cleaning didn't even present herself and looked at me with disgust when she first saw me. She told me I had three (3) cavities and asked me when I wanted to get them filled. I told her that I didn't want to commit to anything, but she didn't listen to me and kept asking (3 or 4 times) when I wanted to get them filled in order to pressure me. At the end of the visit, she wanted to schedule me for another cleaning in six months, however, when I started to hesitate, she started to raise her voice saying that I should make an appointment that day or I would most likely be out of luck in the future. She won't have to worry about that cause I am never seeing her nor going there again. This morning I called to cancel the appointment and thankfully there was a very nice lady who answered the phone and fulfilled my request.

The receptionist Cindy is so helpful and considerate of my wants and needs. The dental assistant was very nice and helped the dentist as the work was being done. The dentist was very polite and told me what was going to happen as she worked

Forward Dental has one of the best dental staff I've ever had the pleasure of going to. The dental hygienist I see is great, she knows her stuff, has a great bedside manner, a good sense of humor, and is compassionate! The front desk assistant greets me by name, very proactive with information needed, very efficient and friendly. Doctor Jeff is super friendly, efficient, gets to the point, and is plain and simply a great dentist. The location is convenient and the rooms are clean & uncluttered. Very professional, yet down to earth group, I will be going here for the long run!

Super uncomfortable situation. Went There for a cleaning, dentist told me I had (don't recall the exact number) 8 cavities. Then the hygienist told me the dentist was new and that he was wrong. The hygienist said I had 4-5 cavities (or something like that), just super awkward and made me feel like they just wanted to charge me and my insurance for fillings. I went to Cornerstone Dental in West Bend a couple weeks later and they told me I had zero cavities... I'll never return here again, nor would I recommend this place. This happened to me about 6 months ago for the record.

First root canal done at this office. I was nervous but all involved made the experience casual and calm. Had very little discomfort during, as well as after. Relieved to know I have found someplace I can trust.

I hate going to the dentist, it has been years. So, that has caught up with me as I have pain from teeth issues. I contacted ForwardDental explaining my situation with my tooth pain and that I have special needs as I'm in a wheelchair. I explained it in detail. Got to my appointment, and of course not able to do anything because they couldn't meet my special needs that was said they were able to previously. Now I'm in the market for another new dentist cause I won't be back there nor will my two kids who did have appointments too, not anymore.

I like that they always research the insurance ahead of time so that you know what your out of pocket cost will be for the services. Very friendly and nice people!

The staff is wonderful as well as the dentists. They make sure you are taken care of right away if you have a dental emergency. I received good, professional care at Forward Dental.

Made an appointment to get a broken tooth fixed. Instead, I had a consultation. Need to spend more money to see someone else to fix the tooth. Was charged $10 for PPE, thanks COVID-19. Should be enough for a couple boxes of gloves....not a good experience.

Their billing is not organized or correct. I've gotten the same bill four times - which I've paid. Not only that but they didn't listen to me when I requested metal fillings and instead gave me resin based which is not covered on my insurance. I felt like the hygienist was rude and judgmental. I'm sad it was such a horrible experience. I've called six times to reach someone about my billing issue. No answer or call back. Yet they have the time to call to inform me of a new dentist!

Dental Hygienist was very professional and personable. Very thorough and took time to explain my dental condition. Very highly recommended.
