ForwardDental Sun Prairie and West Side have been caring, attentive, and professional in treating me. We are all vulnerable when dentistry is needed and everyone there has been sensitive to that. Thank you.

My wife and I both had dental cleanings at Forward Dental in Sun Prairie the date of this writing. Never in my life have I had a worse experience. I would advise anyone considering this place for dentistry go elsewhere. If I could leave a lower review score, I would. My wife described her appointment taking over 90 minutes, the staff saying only five sentences to her during that time, and a tooth cleaning so painful she was actively wincing and squirming in the chair. The staff were generally inattentive and once they were done with the cleaning, just left her reclined in the chair while they did charting until she sat herself up after more than 10 minutes. Horrible experience => 0/5 stars. My experience was somehow worse. My cleaning took over 2 hours for an appointment I expect to take less than 1. There was so much wasted time! My cleaning was the worst dental experience I've ever had. For reference, I have clean, straight, well maintained teeth so there are no complicating circumstances. The cleaning felt like a grinder was being taken to my teeth and gums. I got a headache from the ringing in my head as I felt like my teeth were disintegrating. I was visibly flinching in pain while the hygienist held my head and kept trucking away. After the cleaning, the dentist came in and examined my teeth for what was an abnormally short amount of time. He then said I needed a filling replaced and that I could get it done there very soon and I could be put on the schedule. I declined. I spoke to one of my previous dentists who quickly debunked this as nonsense and unnecessary. I was asked at least 5 times, between the filing and regular 6 month appointments, if they could get me down on their schedule for the work to be done. It was more of a pushy sales tactic than anything. Speaking of sales tactics, in front of each dental chair were posters about dental treatments that are not covered by insurance but that you certainly "need" if you do anything, such as eat, drink, or exist from time to time. The staff pushed this several times for an extra cost. I told staff that I needed more floss threading tools for a lower retainer as I had none left. Of course, I didn't get any. And as absurd as it might sound, I heard an elderly woman in the next 'room' over finish her appointment. The staff told her the price and she said she was quoted a lower number and that she wouldn't pay the higher amount. I don't doubt the woman at all. Staff seemed to condescendingly calm her as if they would charge her whatever they wanted. Everything felt like a cash grab either from the patient or to bill insurance for more. Summation: Pain. Wasted time. Scammers. 0 stars out of 5 stars.

Very informative and caring dentist. Took the time to explain to me why I didn't need a procedure I thought I did. Saves me pain and money to work with someone who cares about his patients and not pumping out procedures.

Dr. Jahdi was very professional & detail oriented. He made me feel totally comfortable. I did not feel any pain while I received 3 fillings. Francine was very helpful, personable & friendly. It was the best dental experience I've ever had that involved fillings. Thank you! :D
