Jessica my hygienist was really good. This office is in a period of transition since they were bought out by another company so they are still getting their legs under them as the staff is completely new.

After having a couple appointments cancelled and six months later I got in for a cleaning and exam and it was a wonderful experience! My teeth feel so clean and the dentist was very thorough. I'm glad I didn't try to find an appointment elsewhere.

My hygienist is friendly and supportive. My dentist was thorough and kind. The reception and staff followed up with a rush appointment to make sure that I can return timely. Everyone was efficient.

Normally I would not write a review for a medical professional, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others have the opportunity to determine beforehand what type of care they wish to receive. I was seen promptly, and seated with my dental hygienist, Jessica. After a somewhat rough gum check, Jessica began cleaning my teeth with the "ultrasonic" This was painless enough, until we got to areas that were sensitive. I winced a couple of times, and at one point when the water was shot into a pit in a tooth, sat up as it was extremely painful. Jessica said "she couldnt work like this" and had "never seen a patient this difficult" The Dr came in to see me and then recommended that I get a cleaning, and Jessica refused to do the cleaning. She then said I should reschedule and come back. I called Forward to express the challenge I had with this experience and they said they were confident in their healthcare professionals, and asked if I would like to reschedule with someone else. That is certainly their prerogative, and I think prospective patients should be mindful of the potential for a challenging experience at Forward.

Monica was the hygienist today and she was quick, thorough, and attentive, wow! Thoughtful and she and the Dentist got me out early so I could get back to work.

The cleaning and then the examination by the dentist went very well. I scheduled an appointment with the dentist to take care of the problems he found.

This place is mess. No one answers the phones, when they do the front desk girls are exceptionally rude and hang up when you are trying to get x-rays sent. Even with a records release form they still wont send your records. They also scam patients with copays and are not straight forward with what patients vs. insurance will owe. I can't tell you how many times they sent accounts to collections for under $30.00. Do not trust their billing, they will tell you everything is good to go and then send you a bill and if you don't pay they just send it to collections. That is such terrible customer service. Very dishonest practice, by far the worst Forward Dental, but truly all of them are kind of shady with their business model. I highly recommend finding a new dental office and not a chain one where they treat you like a number. I would recommend looking at all the reviews before going here... Cant imagine why all the staff quit...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This office has the worst customer service I have ever seen. If you need anything from them, expect to wait a month and or not receive it at all. Everyone at that office is incompetent. Even when you sign a record release form, you have to jump thru 5,000 other hoops to get any x-rays sent. Also expect for them to hang up on you at least a few times, oh and don't bother leaving a voicemail because they will never listen to it. :-) Do yourself a MAJOR favor and go to any other dental office but this one.

Very bad customer service experience in June and now again in July. They cancelled AGAIN!?? I received a call to let me know my hygienist called in sick - this is not the problem - I understand people get sick. The problem is how this was handled. 1) I was first put on hold trying to reschedule. 2) Than my call was disconnected. 3) Never received a return phone call. Totally unacceptable - I have been seeing Pagencough for 30-years. The Dentist is not the problem - the front desk customer service is the problem. Might be time to go elsewhere? I want a return call with an apology for the rude customer service that I received. I will NOT reschedule until I am called back.

Terrible work environment. Loved the patients, loved almost all coworkers, but it's so disorganized it made my job unnecessarily overwhelmingly difficult.

Hygienist was very professional and took great care to show concern of any discomfort experienced in any way. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain the work she did and how to care for any issues. The Hygienist in training set me up and took all of my x-rays. She was very kind and patient with me. The Doc was upbeat, very pleasant and really made me feel comfortable with his examination and findings. Very nice environment. Oh! Let me not forget how nice the receptionist was. She was very patient with me in setting up my appointment. She even took the time to call me to see if I wanted to take advantage of a cancelation to get me in a little earlier. Just from observing the bussiness around the office, I think this is a very caring and professional team.

If they recommend any treatment get it in writing. I was told I needed full mouth x-rays even though my intake info stated my previous dentist x-rayed two years prior. On my next visit I was told I had to pay for the x-rays. After a much too long discussion they offered to waive the fee if I got them my old x-rays. Once they received the panoramic x-rays they stated they use full mouth and not panoramic and I still need to pay.
