Please read the many reviews like mine. The dentist is great, but everything else is a nightmare!! They maxed out my insurance, and then gave me a written estimate and treatment plan that totaled $2200. No problem. The appointment was a few months out, I could save and pay for that. The day before my appointment the office called to make sure I was ready for appointment, and then proceeded to tell me my out of pocket cost was now $3100. I told her I had a written estimate of $2200. She said she had no record of that. I told her I could send her a copy. She said it didn't matter that the cost was $3100 and I could sign up for a payment plan to cover the rest. She was rude when I told her I would have to reschedule to save up the rest of the money. This was a total bait and switch. But by reading some of the other reviews here, I am not alone. Be aware this company doesn't stand by its written estimates, and treatment plans!!!!! And then they are rude on top of it if you call them out on it.

Doctor Najayla is the best dentist in the world. Also that front desk girl Sam is pretty easy on the eyes.

DONT GO HERE They had me put a large down payment down on a surgery after they assured me I'd be accepted to there payment plan. After being denied the payment plan and trying to cancel 2 weeks in advance they kept my 275$ deposit. Absolutely terrible!

They canceled last minute due to being short staffed. I have a very tight schedule. I can't move appointments. I would have been a new patient. They also said they didn't get my paperwork which I completed online. I told them that I did it online. The way it was said was rude like they were "scolding me". I will have to wait two months to find a new dentist. Not happy. Probably a blessing in disguise. They did tell me another office had an opening but it does not work with my schedule.

Dr. Niedziela was great! Everything else is a nightmare. Beware! What you sign and acknowledge for a treatment plan is a lie! I paid up front for the treatment plan that was given to me (Over $2000 out of pocket). I was told this would cover everything and nothing else would be due. Well.. a month later they bill me for yet another $1,200.00 for who knows what. There is no escalation other than the rude office manager. Never again am I going here.

Practice manager was verbally abusive when I canceled an appointment. She also lied and told me that she had spoken with my daughter to confirm the appointment - she had not. Additionally, my daughter is a minor child and cannot confirm appointments... AND doesn't have the same phone number as I do. Today, I received a bill for TWO missed appointments - I did expect to pay for one, but TWO? The practice manager told me I was never welcome back there. After speaking with my regular dentist, I was told that there isn't really any recourse for complaints, unfortunately. So, I guess. here's their awful review. I'm sure the dentist is fine.

Absolutely horrible on calling you back!!! Called on a Friday with an emergency, oh we will call you back yeah right!!! I called them on Monday in extreme pain, ends up I need a root canal, they don't do them here anymore!! They referred me to someone outside my insurance, which I canceled and called forward dental in new Berlin, and yes they can do my root canal here. Called them back today Wednesday asking for stronger pain meds than Tylenol 3 that isn't even touching the pain, oh doctor is off today we will call you back, yeah I'm not holding my breath!!!

My experience with forward dental as been a complete nightmare they called me a year later saying i owe 114$ for X-ray that's been paid and management is terrible she's very demanding I wouldn't doubt if she gets paid on commission the way she approached me on the phone that's the negative but dr Jeff was great that's the only reason there still in business one man holding up a s!it show operation

Fantastic service. unbelievably caring folks. I had a very involved process, it was both painful and rough for myself and Doctor Jeff, along with the "assistants." Everyone was professional and my after care has been exceptional, even though I am admittedly a "hemmrhoid" the customer service and the care I receive has never waivered. Truly, I would have kicked me out by now, but these kind folks continue to put up with me and my case. Sue is awesome, Doc is fantastic, the support staff is amazing, they put up with a lot of whining and still complete the job. 5 stars is an understatement!

Love Dr. Jeff and the great staff at Forward Dental in Pewaukee. We've been going here for years and have always been completely satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Highly recommmend!

Jeffrey Niedziela is a great dentist! The reason for 2 stars is because the receptionist is the worst to deal with. She definitely does not have customer service skills. She's incredibly rude. We found a new dentist office because of her.

We loved Dr Rao but after I had to call and cancel my two cleanings on Monday, the receptionist was so rude! I will not ever go back here and I will be sure to tell people I know this as well. Something came up so when I called to apologize and say I would need to reschedule, the receptionist says you have got to be kidding me, got very rude and said it was canceled and hung up. I will go to a new dentist to avoid the poor customer service here!

Dr.Jeffrey Niedziela is a rare talent and my experience with him has been excellent. My only problems I have had are with the front end them telling me one thing and it doesn't turn out that way.

I was told the consaltation was no cost and I was charged $80.00 this is not good! Then the dentist told me my mouth would cost more than an very expensive car wow!!! Nice bedside manners!!!! I WILL FIND ANOTHER!!!!!!

Jeffrey Niedziela is a great dentist! The reason for 2 stars is because the receptionist is the worst to deal with. She definitely does not have customer service skills. She's incredibly rude. We found a new dentist office because of her.
